Death Tribute

While this card is face-up on the field, you can Special Summon Level 5 or higher monsters from your hand by paying 800 Life Points for each Level above 4. During your Main Phase, you must Summon at least 1 monster, if you cannot, destroy 1 monster you control.

 

Pros:

 

• Easier for summoning high LV monster.
  
• Perfect for rush-play duelist.
  
• Perfect for Life Point-stack and high LV monster Deck.
  

 

 

Cons:

 

• Masochist (inflict damage for each and every high LV summoning).
  
• Double Edge Card(there's a possibility that this card hurt you more than your opponent).
  
• Uber/Imba (there's no way this card will be printed).

OCG is very bad. Maybe with more effort it could be better. I like the Idea, but in don't think that the name and the pic fit to the effect. Overall, 7/10 for the nice presentation

If i decrease the cost,-say: 700 for lv 5, 1400 for lv 6, 2100 for lv 7, etc- this card will become more uber/imba! And this card will be abused by the player/duelist!

Btw, this is NOT a field spell, it is a continuous spell for the owner. So opponent player is not affected.

not a fan of the pic and the name. the effect reminds a bit of mausoleum of the emperor, but that one is better imo so 5.5/10.

I search at yugioh.wikia.com and you're right! Mausoleum of the Emperor is a field spell and have same effect with this card.

 

I don't know there's already card with this effect in real yugioh. :(

 

I will change the effect if i have other new idea.

well i know the difference between normal and special summon, i just misunderstood while reading its effect. well now that you make me notice that, it's no more THAT similiar to Mausoleum, your card allows special summons by paying LPs, so you can still normal summon in the normal way during the same turn you use this.

so i guess it might not be that useless, even if it's not that original, i'll change my rate to 6.5/10

Mausoleum of the Emperor has not the same effect, because the monsters are Tribute Summoned. Here, the monsters are special summoned, means that this effect can be used to summon max. 5 monsters if you have enough Life Points.

The skeleton pic is real, but the "person" and the background is painted. Oil paint imo (i think).

I really like your OCG! Much shorter & simpler!

About the owner thing, most people thought this card is field card. But this card is a Continuous Spell and only effect the player that own it, NOT both player. So i put the owner thingy.

Don't worry! About the unoriginal thing, i'm honestly doesn't know there are other card with the same effect. Yugioh cards IS MANY, you don't expect me to know and remember of ALL the cards effect right?

 

I doing this card making thing is because i love yugioh card play style. A simpler card play, but hard to master. Yugioh IS better than any TCGs that force us to collect bezillion cards.

I think i wouldn't make a set because my OCG is still suck. My OCG is suck because i hate grammar :evil: (alot). You know like, present tense, past perfect tense, and other complicated rules about when to speak, spoke and spoken thingy.

 

Is just all to confusing for meh... :?:
