Lore:

The controller of this card pays 900 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phases (this is not optional). When this card is specifically designated as a target of the effect of a card controlled by your opponent, when resolving the effect, roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1, 3 Or 5, negate the effect and destroy the opponent's card. Oce per turn, you can special summon a monster from your Graveyard, the monster summoned by this effect cannot declare attack this turn. On each on your stanby phases, pay 300 Life Points for each monster summoned bu this monster effect (this is not optional).

for the 900 LP each turn to pay for the first effect, you should have added if you don't, destroy this card

 

The dice roll effect is good, but chances aren't very good since it has to land on only ONE specific number. I'd change it to just toss a coin instead

for the 900 LP, aren't optional you have to pay it like every archfiend monster.

 

For the dice, what do you think if i make it for 1, 3 and 5 in stead of just 4?
