"Sam if you decided to tell him where and what she is I would have to sit on you." Mammothmon said, obviously not joking.

"Don't worry I'm not going to. You know what though Duskmon, I prefer this version of you to any of your previous hosts."

 

"You want me to tell you whre to find Lillithmon? AH HAHAHA. Now that is funny." Valdurmon stopped laughing and looked Lucemon in the eye. "Firstly I wouldn't tell you even if were on the same side. I never really liked her anyway. Secondly, I'm not going to tell you where she is." He stopped then thought over the real reason, "Because if I were to tell you alot of people would get hurt. And more than likley Sam, Mammothmon and myself would be included."

"How's the hangover?" Max asked, suddenly appearing above the water in the same light that surrounds evolving Digimon. He had undergone a noticeable change since the last time Vincent and BlackGuilmon saw him, his arms, legs, chest, and head clad in armor that closely resembled Ogudomon's legs, body, and head, or as close as a human could possibly resemble a seven legged Dark God. Three lights reflected across the back of his waist, green, teal, and blue, from left to right, "Such a pale imitation of my true form." He said, looking down on the calm water beneath his feet "But it is so much better than what he looked like before I had Daemon devour his soul."

 

"Ugh, what is this a @#$%ing reunion?" Omnimon asked, obviously annoyed as he stared down Leopardmon, "Fine, I'm two honorable mon, I'll be nice enough to slice Leopardmon's head off and give you some time to kill your human and absorbed every drop of DigiSoul she's got." He flicked the Grey Sword up in front of his face, a gesture of respect to his opponent "I trust you to not try anything funny. Not that I'd have any problem fighting two girls at once."

 

"OK then, what the Hell did I miss and how long was I out for?" Liya asked, looking at the comparatively minuscule crab "My, my Cravvy, you must have lost a ton... or twenty five..." she said, stroking the Crabmon with the back of her finger.

 

A black raven-like digimon with a golden blade in each hand looked around the Silence and sighed, landing out of sight of the Knightmon and Angewomon, sheathed his blades, and folded his wings around himself to make something vaguely resembling the top half of a martial arts uniform, with his tail flipping up to form the back and his customized black pants completing the outfit, though the gold stone on his forehead gave away his species at a glance. A small metal Digimon, resembling a plush toy with a metal hat, hopped onto his shoulder as he boarded the airship

Vincent gave out a low whistle, observing the Dark God's new human avatar.

"Impressive, now you won't be mistaken for a Human by outsiders and enemies anymore. Now when people and Digimon see you, they'll know they face the Dark God of the Digital World."

"Yes, very nice armor and all, but I'm more interested in what we were discussing before." BlackGuilmon spoke up, "Neither me nor Vincent seem to have any such 'Hangover' as you said."

"Yeah," Vincent interupted, continuing BlackGuilmon's sentence, "And we're both eager to get back in the field. It feels weird being the only ones here."

"So, is there anything for us to do?" Vincent and BlackGuilmon said, nearly at the same time.

Craniamon then yelled out another round of angry words at Omnimon "My league resides with King Drasil and Huanglongmon, I will not betray him for the likes of power unlike you Omnimon, even if I die on the battlefield today I'll know I served my master well, unlike you." He then used his double-ended spear to throw a few blind swipes at Omnimon in frustration, he would not betray his master just for power, that is the reason he held the Omni Shield.

 

Meanwhile Belphemon was still in deep thought, not letting his partner read his mind he had been thinking for the time. Then suddenly a angered eye appeared behind the small Digimon, and toke a grin saying "Sorry human, but your services are no longer required." While he said that a odd light surrounded Belphemon and suddenly the girl shoot out of his body and was flung towards a black wall. "Daemon was right, you are the reason why I am weak, with your human side I was forced to endure having my full power restricted to a fraction of the amount, why do you think that I used my might to keep you back inside my body? I needed time to grow my power without Lee I had a long wait to restore my true form even with you residing in my mind. However, I have been feeding one your human energy and power to reach my full form while you thought I was just going to be happy little partners didn't you!"

 

The small digimon seemed angry yet satisfied, and immeadiatly morphed into his true Rage Form, with a larger height and a more demonic touch to it. "See ya!" he yelled as the girl was blown into pieces by his blast of purple fire, burning her to dust while she screamed in agony until the ashes of her body blew away. The Demon Lord laughed a cruel laugh while calling out "Hey Daemon, I finally did it!"

[Hydra of Ages]

Leopardmon was amused.

 

"What, did changing sides also make you a misogynist, Omnimon?" she said with a tint of humor in her voice. Her eyes sparkled as she let out the barest hint of a giggle. "I mean, I AM the strategist of the Royal Knights... how do you know that I just jumped into the fray without some extensive backup plan? Or even just a battle plan that you are dourly unaware of whose' level of complexity far bequeaths either of your rather uninspired Digicores' minds. Maybe I've won this entire battle before you've even fired a shot. Or, even more ingenious, maybe I'll ONLY have won this battle when you've fired a shot. Or slashed with your blade. Perhaps even decapitated me, blissfully unaware that my true plan indeed includes, if not requires my own sacrifice in order to hasten your downfall."

 

"Heck." Sal chuckled as he waved his feet, apparently sitting in mid air. He smirked as he cleaned his glasses before joining in on his partner's conversation with the other Royal Knight. "Maybe I'M the one you should fear. Maybe that Leopardmon is actually just a dupe, a fake, and I'M the real one under an illusion. Or maybe LordKnightmon's been only using a fraction of his power so far on purpose; maybe him seeming weak is actually a part in the greater scheme of the plan. Heck, it's possible, perhaps even LIKELY, that we've forseen not only your betrayal, but everything up to and possibly past this point. With two as ridiculously apt, devious and creative minds as ours on the side opposite yours... how could you possibly have the illusion that you have the upper hand?"

 

He smirked and put on his glasses, that glinted in the sunlight. "Heck, even this entire conversation is carefully nuanced and measured to reveal only the amount of data we feel would be advantageous for you to learn. We KNOW you. We know OF you. And we know what you'll do. So..."

 

He smirked and waved his feet a little more.

 

"What was it again you were saying?"

 

Mistymon shook his head and sighed.

 

"Kill my human partner and absorb her digisoul? Why would I possibly do that? Unlike you, I'm not desperate for power. I'm a magician; If I find this fight too great for me to accomplish on my own, I'll simply vanish into thin air like a magician is know to do, until our next meeting on more even ground."

 

He smirked and chuckled.

 

"And 'two women'? What a ridiculous insult. Ogudomon's corruption certainly hasn't aided your wit."

Cravvy crackled a little bit with his mandibles and legs as he gently pinced at Liya's fingers, though only gently and more affectionately than violently. Seri giggled.

 

"I think he likes you already, Liya." she said with a smirk.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Vincent just got about seventy-five percent his soul drained out of him" Ogudomon told BlackGuilmon "I only called it a hangover because it's the same basic premise, and there's no official term for being on the giving end of a Burst Digivolution."

 

Daemon sighed and pointed to Belphemon's left side, or lack thereof "Yeah, you really did it." He said sarcastically "You need a continuous stream of DigiSoul to achieve Rage Mode. The only possible way to get that much is to sleep for one thousand years or merge with a human, you need her power." He held up the still living girl, who's eyes shifted to an inhuman indigo "There, I just broke Lilithmon's hold over her and corrupted her into one of us. She should be just like any other battery."

 

The spear bounced off Omnimon's armor "My body is the strongest sword in existence. Do you really think you can cut it with your worthless oar?" He grinned as his MetalGarurumon head bit down on Craniamon's bicep "Now then, back off or lose an arm." He said, his cape billowing in the wind, turning into pure white angel wings for a brief moment before fluttering down again and becoming his cape. The change happened so fast that Craniamon had no idea if it was a sign from Alphamon telling him that Ogudomon was in the right, if his eyes were playing tricks on him, or simply a side effect of Omnimon loading Imperialdramon Fighter Mode and Tara's data and DigiSoul.

"Regardless." Vincent said, adjusting his glasses before gripping his head after a slight pulse of pain, "I'd rather not stick around here and sleep while the world goes on around me. 'Hangover' or not, neither of us want to stay here and rest while everyone else is out and about."

"So Ogudomon, is there anything that the two of us can do?" BlackGuilmon asked.

"Cause we're willing and more-or-less ready." Vincent concluded, "Besides how will the new Lord of Gluttony get any practice cooped up in here?"

Belphemon cursed his luck, was all that time sleeping combined with the amount of the girl's power not enough? Quickly raised his right hand and trapped the unconcious girl in a light purple barrier, as the girl became more gaunt and thin Belphemon began obtaining his left side back. "I'll have to use this then, the girl has shown to possess some good in her viens, its starting to cloud my judgement. With this I'll be able to absorb her DigiSoul without having her influence my decisions." And with that he quickly changed the subject "So, I heard that a big red dragon is the new Demon Lord of Gluttony".

 

"You......." Craniamon gave out as his arm was restrained by the head of Garurumon and he saw the flashing cape as well. "Alphamon, what are you trying to do? Is this the result of the process of Imperialdramon Paladin Mode reversed!"

[Blackstone Dresden]

"The Royal Knights have just destroyed the DigiMarines and Omnimon already killed Imperialdramon and is currently fighting Craniamon, Leopardmon, and LordKnightmon, the others were arrested by their own comrades. Your services are not required at this time but should anything unexpected happen, I will let you know if I deem the task worthy of your new power."

 

"Belphemon, you stupid panda. I said you need a continuous stream of DigiSoul to keep Rage Mode. Now, you can either further weaken yourself by having to focus on extracting it from the girl, you can take a millennium long nap, or you can simply accept her as your new battery and merge with her again, like Liya and Floramon do, just in reverse." He noted that Belphemon's regenerating features looked more teddy bear than demon. "Better decide quick, you look like a WaruMonzaemon."

 

"This new strength?" He asked, MetalGarurumon's teeth biting into Craniamon's arm and breaking the armor "Yes, as a matter of fact, it is. When I killed my worthless older brother and his pathetic human, I loaded all of their data into my body, making me much stronger than his pathetic Paladin Mode." He closed his eyes and his body reshaped itself, resembling a less-pointy version of his X form "You will never put so much as a scratch on my armor."

[The Warden]

OOC: Karatenmon and MetalKoromon Blackstone.

 

Duke folded is arms, with a bit of trouble, it's hard when your hands are bigger than your head, maybe Duskmon has cancer or something. 'So, you won't tell us anything then, that's a pity, such a pity' he said in a grim tone. 'But I don't understand your last remark honestly'.

 

Lucemon looked Valdurmon in the eyes. 'You refer to Lilithmon as she, not it. That is vital information you have granted me, also, you have mentioned that a lot of people will be hurt. Oddly enough I couldn't cause that much damage otherwise it would destroy her digi-egg, unless of course she is still alive but in a new form' he reasoned. Lucemon remained silent for a few seconds, drumming his fingers slowly. 'So, her vile experiments got the better of her. Tell me, which vile human holds the sigil of lust' he demanded.

"Empty..." The birdmon mused to the puffball on his shoulder, disembarking the ship and looking around in all 6 directions. ((Rep if you get that reference)) "Hide yourself little guy, I might need to make a strategic withdrawal once I free the DigiMarines."

 

"Escape." The puffball corrected, hopping off Karatenmon's shoulder and bouncing away to find a decent hiding spot.

 

Karatenmon chuckled and looked into the sky, the smile disappearing as he saw Lucemon and Duskmon. "Oh great, a cocky fallen angel and bad Omnimon knockoff." He muttered, looking at the arrested humans with a shake of his head "Sorry, sensei, they'll have to wait." He unwrapped his wings and kicked off the ground, drawing both swords and flying in besides Valdurmon and Mammothmon "Brother. Grandcestor." He said, nodding at the bird and beast respectively "So, do you want the arrogant pretty boy emo, or GothicOmnimon?" He asked, a black energy radiating off his wings and blades.

Duke looked at the bird. 'What the hell is this? I'm just trying to have a decent conversation with these two' Duke complained, motioning to Sam and Mammothmon. 'And everyone keeps coming in and butting in. This is so very vexing' he finished. A hand extended out from his right claw head and he messaged his temples. 'Ugh, who are you and could you please go away?' Duke asked.

 

Lucemon too was messaging his temples. 'We really don't need this right now. You Karatenmon, leave now. I was busy obtaining information and......hmmm. Hold on, I know you, comrade' Lucemon smirked.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"I was just looking out for these two." Karatenmon said with a shrug "Figured that you could Digivolve at any moment and you and Augemormon would proceed to beat one to death with the other and, well, I can't have that." He pointed down to the ground "It's not good for the kid's healthy development...wherever he went..." He looked down and couldn't find the helmeted furball "So, anyway, where was I? Oh right, yeah, I figure that I can take Augemormon and those two can double team you." He told Lucemon "And no, I think I'd remember an arrogant punk like you."

[The Warden]

'Augermormon? Oh right, Ogudomon mentioned that name. He said something about spirit fusion or something like that, but I have no idea how it works really' Duke admitted. 'My knowledge of the digimon spirits is a bit shallow, all I know is that there were ten original digimon of each element that died and became two statues, one of a human spirit, the other a beast' he remembered.

 

Lucemon smirked. 'Of course you don't, despite how it has been made perfectly clear. Just don't make the fight seem too much of a throw-out' he advised with a grin.

"What I meant was that you seem alot more... Human, than any Duskmon I've heard of." Sam smiled, he hadn't talked liked this since he had been a demon lords partner locked up in a cell. He then noticed the Karatenmon. "You don't have much to do if you decide to help," he told the bird, "All of us are at a stale mate."

Mammothmon forced himself back into his Yasyamon form. He performed a low bow towards Karatenmon, "If you would be willing to fight, we would be most grateful."

 

Valdurmonsmiled at Lucemon, "You over think things. I referred to her as 'her' because regardless of wether she has returned to her digi-egg or if she has not, she would once again become a female form."

He felt the presence of Karatenmon before he saw him, and didn't even bother to turn. "We would apreciate any help in defeating them. Just leave Lucemons finishing blow to me. I have unfinished business with the demon lords."

[The Warden]

Duke made a small sound and scuffed the air. 'I have no idea what the other Duskmon were like, but it is taking a bit of energy to keep under control; I hear his voice whispering in my ears constantly, ordering me to kill. I never knew I had a homicidal maniac in my head' he remarked.

 

Lucemon shrugged. 'Even if I do, thinking is most important, that is why we kept Barbamon in the first place, so we don't have to. My intellect is massive, overthinking is too easy for me' he admitted, but laughed again. 'Finishing blow? Are you being serious here? I am the strongest demon lord, surpassing any mega in power. Do you think a pair of Failed god worshipping parrots can defeat me?' he asked.

Daniel, Kayla, and the others were marched off towards prison, when Daniel approached Angewomon.

"I would like to use Clause 47 of Article 23, Section 19, Subsection Delta of the Spectrum Alliance Armed Forces Rules and Regulations."

"What?"

"You heard me. Article 23, Section 19, Subsection Delta, Clause 47."

"...Remind me again what that states." Angewomon was a bit hesitant at remembering such an obscure ruling.

"I'm disappointed. You should know this, since it's extremely relevant to our current situation. It states, and I quote: 'Upon arresting 10 or more members of the Allied Armed Forces for war crimes, high treason, or any other crime that directly offends the Allied Armed Forces, a Tribunal may be assembled as soon as possible (within 24 hours of being arrested) at the behest of the arrested.'"

"That means that we can ask for a Tribunal to be held now, instead of in a few weeks."

"True, but judging from the wording, the other members of your force have to agree to it as well."

"You have a valid point, but then again we have Article 51, in which the commissioned officers of the arrested can act as the spokespeople of the arrested party unless the individual members are being questioned. Kayla, you want to use Article 47, don't you?"

"Of course. Article 47 is used in order to quickly convict members of the military so that they might be able to get back on the battlefield faster."

"But now that you mention it, according to the opening Article of Section 19, all of the articles in Section 19 only apply during a time of war, so unless the Alliance is willing to call off the war, we're going to have our trial within the next...23 hours, 46 minutes, and 22 seconds."

Angewomon seethed inside herself as she reluctantly agreed to the Commander's request as Kayla and Daniel quickly kissed.

"Instead of calling upon Duskmon's Spirit of Velgemon's Spirit, you call upon them both at the same instant." Karatnemon said, bowing to Yasyamon "Now, can we get on with this? This stalemate is sorta bothersome, we may as well be waiting for some third party to influence events, other than me, apparently." He added "Now then, you two, kill Lucemon. Lucemon, die. Duskmon, Take your Advanced form so I can kick your ass." He spun his swords in his hands and glided over to Duskmon "Now then, are you going to do what I say, or do I get to beat down a pathetic shadow of a Human Hybrid?"

Yasyamon picked Sam up and jumped high into the sky, when he landed he was standing on top of Valdurmon's back. He placed Sam down and put his swords up in front.

"That is one cocky bird," Sam said looking behind him at Karatenmon, "Now lets get this done."

Valdurmon nodded his head, "Agreed. Now back to what we were talking about lucemon. What I will not be happy until I see all of the demon lords and Ogudomon dead. And I would be expecially happy if you were the first to fall. It would be a bonus if I were the one kill you."

"Now Valdurmon, keep yourself calm. You'll need all of your concetration if we're to defeat anyone."

"Sure. Of course."

[ZhaneX]

"So all that's been accomplished while we've been asleep..." BlackGuilmon said, Vincent just gave out a low whistle, "You don't think Omnimon might need some help?"

"Heh, I'm sure they can handle it." Vincent said, "I'm more interested in where everyone else on our side is. It's rather lonely around here."

"...yeah..." BlackGuilmon agreed silently.

"And it's a being cooped up in this place can't really be all that good for our health anyway." Vincent said further.

"...that too." BlackGuilmon agreed again.

Karatenmon shook his head and placed his hand on Valdurmon as Lucemon sensed the activation of a DigiMemory. "Brother, forgive this measure of power I am borrowing." He said quietly, a faint glow moving up his arm from Valdurmon's wing "I might need a little boost if I'm going up against the Advanced Spirit of Corruption." He drained a barely noticeable amount of energy from the holy bird Digimon and landed next to Yasyamon, waiting for Duskmon to make the first move.

 

"Who is it that you are worried about?"

"Based on your description," Vincent said with a shrug, "There's no need to be worried about anyone."

"But like we said, we're more than a little bored." BlackGuilmon added.

"If we knew where everyone was, we could go meet up with them, get out, breathe in the fresh air, have something to do." Vincent said, adjusting his glasses before stretching his arms out with a yawn.

"Plus if we were all together, it would make it easier to go to the next mission." BlackGuilmon concluded, "And I'll say it again, it's kinda boring around here right now."

[Blackstone Dresden]

"I guess you could go and assist Lucemon. He's currently being pestered by a Karatenmon, a Yasyamon, and that traitorous bastard." Ogudomon said and, with a wave of his hand, opened up a portal in the pool below "You can take care of the sparrow, though, and leave the other two to Lucemon and Duskmon."

 

Meanwhile, the helmeted puffball ((come on, someone guess his identity already!)) was hopping around the Silence, trying to find someone that wasn't arrested "Hello?" He shouted, bouncing through the hallway containing the Spirit Warriors' rooms "Anybody?" He called again, knocking on all the doors with his horns

'I, have no idea how. Ogudomon mentioned Augemormon, but he never told me how to assume the form. Its not as if I can just order the transition to occur' Duke remarked. 'It's not as if Ogudomon is going to tell me either, nor is it as if a large beam of light is going to strike me and grant me the power. I DON'T HAVE A BLOODY CLUE!' Duke shouted.

 

Lucemon's puppils shrank quickly as he felt the digi-memory. 'Well, it appears our time here is very short my dear friends. It appears a new digi-memory has activated, and no, I must say ciao' he said and bowed. His form shifted and he vanished, appearing behind Duke. He grabbed him by his arm and took off back to Celestus. 'Somehow, I feel as if I will never let this down' Lucemon thought.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Yeah, that's right run and hide you pompous bastard." Karatenmon said, sheathing his swords and assuming his Meditation form. He landed on the roof of the command deck of the Deafening Silence, sat with his legs crossed, hands palm up on his knees, with his swords on the ground next to him. He then started chanting in an ancient Digimon language. Meanwhile, the DigiMemory signal was fading fast and seemed to be coming from the opposite direction that Lucemon and Duskmon were traveling.

 

Kapurimon, meanwhile was still pounding against the doors, trying to find someone to play with besides the big scary white dinosaur.

 

Ogudomon, hearing Duskmon's complaints, shot a beam of light down at the Warrior of Corruption and uploaded the requisite data for Fusion Spirit Evolution into his mind. "There, now stop your @#$%&ing and kick his avian ass!" The Dark God's true voice called in Duke's mind.
