And finally' date=' the guy with the blue or yellow aura is always the good guy.

[/quote']

yet the good guy isn't always the one with the blue/yellow aura. Ichigo Kurosaki has a black aura when using his Bankai. even without his Hollow Mask.

Just because there are exceptions, doesn't mean that it isn't a cliché. It's still very much overused.

Ooh, Ooh, someone reveals a cool, brand new power by using it to waste a slew of random, unimportant side-enemies. x3

And of course, the main character goes on a speech about how good he is, and how much friendship matters to him, and he's going to protect everyone, just before making a random comeback~

That one kinda ties in with the love interest one, though. xD <3

I don't watch animes' date=' so excuse me for failing to name a good cliché.

The guy who was originally good, got turned bad, and reverted back to "goodness".

It doesn't have to be a character. Such as a cliche movie line. Here's one of my favorite cliche movie lines:

DIE!

Before killing someone, you say "bye" in a language other than English.

Not really. :/

Why, does that Riku guy turn good? Or that Sora guy?

In thrillier/disaster movies:

The token religious nutcase who at first nobody believes' date=' then a few people start to turn to their side, then they eventually die or suffer an ill fate.

Last part always makes me smile.

A bit related...

Some guy who predicts a bad event, and by the end of the movie, few people are living, all related to the guy. But the guy himself doesn't live.
