I don't force myself to avoid it; I'm simply good at not letting most things get to me to the point where I get angry. When I'm angry, however, I have a really hard time dealing with it. I don't know what to do with myself when I'm angry. I usually just vent to people until they get tired of listening to me. Right now, for example, I'm extremely fed up with everything and I have no one to talk to.
