All monsters in the Hand, Deck, Field, or Graveyard are treated as LIGHT monsters. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can select one card on the field. That card is removed from play for the remainder of the turn. During the end phase, any monster card removed by this card's effect loses 1000 ATK.

"1 Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters"

This card can only be Sycnhro Summoned while your opponent controls a LIGHT monster. While this card is on the field, reduce the ATK of all LIGHT monsters on your opponent's side of the field equal to the number of LIGHT monsters in your opponent's Graveyard x200. You can tribute this card during your end phase to inflict direct damage to your opponent equal to the number of face-up LIGHT monsters on the field x400.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all LIGHT monsters on the field with a different ATK than their original ATK. If this card is used as Synchro Material, you can reduce it's LVL by 2.

This card can be Special Summoned from your Graveyard in face-up attack position while your opponent controls a LIGHT monster. Whenever a spell card is activated, you can negate the effect until the end phase by destroying one LIGHT monster on the field and paying 400 life points.

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand if there are any LIGHT monsters on the field. Once per turn, you can place one "Frozen Shell" counter on one LIGHT monster your opponent controls. All cards with "Frozen Shell" counter(s) on them cannot declare an attack. You can remove 3 "Frozen Shell" counters from one card to destroy it.

Any Light monster that battles with this card is sent to the Graveyard at the end of the battle phase. Any card sent to the Graveyard by this effect cannot be removed from the Graveyard as long as you control "Ally of Justice - Emblem of Judgment".

This card can only be activated while there are 3 or more LIGHT monsters on the field. All LIGHT monsters on the field are destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. After this card is activated, conduct your Battle Phase.

Actually, Set cards are not treated as defense-position monsters or monsters at all unless specified by effect. Such as Red Dragon's effect, or Tragedy. If a card effect doesn't include Defense position, Set cards cannot be specified, the only reason you specify otherwise is for Face-up Attack or defense because that is to describe a specific position.
