Effect:

When there are only face up cards on your opponents side of the field, this card can attack your opponents Life Points directly. When it does, any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponents life points become the original ATK of this card.

 

Basically a variation of Sonic Shooter and Drillago. His abilities in the game reflect his effect (Bypassing enemies by "drilling" or "flying") as shown here:
