unfortunately the atk gain is only 1 turn, so maybe raise the atk a little higher

all right, just keep in mind, a lv7 should only be summoned to the field via lv5's effect, so I suggest you add in the effect onto lv5 if that's your plan

PICs are awsome...

OCG is solid like a Rock^^

Effects are just a bit OP (some of em)

But this is tottlly awsome anyway ;)

for the last effect in special summoning another DD skull to the field in face down defense position, I'd add a slight drawback of you can't flip it face up on your next turn

 

other than that it's a very well balanced card
