for Mockingbird, I'd add a slight drawback on the special summon in that the monster you special summoned can't attack

 

As for Gadget Soldier MK2, it's a great improvement over Gadget Soldier, but 3 times per turn to destroy a card on your opponent's side and special summon a gadget monster is just plain OPed

 

I'd change the effect so you can only use it ONCE per turn, and you can either destroy a card on your opponent's side of the field OR special summon a gadget monster from your hand, not both
