Whatever, I'm kind of ignorant. sorry... =( What I mean is that I like Metal, Pokemon and Hugs, yet some people have had bad experiences with Catholics banning such things, so they assume that if your call yourself a "Christian" you also ban Pokemon Metal and Hugs. Crimson General Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 I'm a christian and I love Pokemon Metal and Hugs =3 the difference is mostly in how it is preached, taught and stuff like that. we beleive in the same things, but different interpretations lead most catholic churchs to preach fire and brimstone and stuff like "you will go to hell if you do ______ and _________" and while ALOT, not all, christian churchs are about the actual relationship with jesus, and the love he gave us and that they talk about in the bible. what bugs me is there are people who believe in Jesus and don't love others likes he actually asks us too in the bible. That's why most of the time Stupid Christians make me frustrated moreso than any athiest or satanist because the stupid christians tend to hurt the reputation more. That's actually not the reason people condemned Pokemon. It was actually some crap about how Pokemon were actually "demons." A bunch of racism toward Asians if you ask me :? To be honest, there really wasn't any good reason for the attacks on Pokemon at all. What's even funnier is that they never went after Yugioh... I just meant that Yugioh makes references to "Sorcery" on some cards which is kind of taboo among some people, and some of the images could be considered "Demonic" were as Pokemon are just cute little animals. Get me an autograph, if you can.[/quote'] If you think I'm going to Hell for those three tings you miss the entire point of the new testement and are almost as bad as the preachers who walk around preaching fire and brimstone to people they want to convert. if your an athiest thats fine, but I still don't get why you get in on religious arguements, because from my point of view you do it to make people feel bad.
