This monsters cannot declare an attack this turn and it's effect are negated until your opponent's next turn.

you should have said if this card attacks all the monsters on your opponent's side of the field, you can't attack directly this turn

 

As for the summoning of warrior monsters, that effect is OPed because you didn't say they can't be used for tribute summonings

1) Well, i added an effect that inflict damage for each monster it destroy, so i though that if i make that it cannot attack directly no matter what it will be balanced

 

2) But i canceled their effects :S

This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent and increase this card ATK x100 (This part makes no sense), during the Damage Step only. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay half your Life Points to Special Summon as many Warrior-Type monsters from your Deck to your side of the field as possible. Monsters Summoned by this card's effect cannot declare an attack and any Effect Monster effects are negated, until your opponent's Standby Phase.
