Lightning Bagon
I have to vote for Lelouch vi Britannia For better OCG, Better pics and the villinilla has a better desrepition.
Spirit of DMG
I see some OCG in both of the effect monsters, but none of which are important. Milks effect is more in depth, and a little more original, also, his pics match the cards a little more. Lulu's effect monster will be used a little more often than Milky's, since its easier to get out. Milk's effect monster will most likely be used only in decks that revolve around removing cards from play. Both sides are very capable card makers, so, I don't know who to vote for *toses a coin* Lulu. No, really, I had to toss a coin.

Sploda
Wow 3-0, also if your curious as to why the Archetype and pics don't match, its because I'm a Stargate fan. In Stargate the Ancients are a really old really advanced race that were able to ascend into a higher plane of exestence. Their technology was far superior to our own, so I took that Idea and gave it a twist and thats how my Pics and Name match.
Jolta
Allow me to start. I like the fact that you can discard cards when Ancient Ectoplasmic Order is Summoned. Then you can use those discarded cards to activate the burn effect. Plus the OCG is better. Lets look at teh Vanillas.Lelouch's lore is better. So my vote goes to Lelouch vi Britanni. Caine Ghest
Lulu As good as Milk-Chan's cards are they require a remove from play deck to use properly, limiting them to such a deck. Lulu's on the other hand are much more useable, plus it has a luck based effect.
Sploda
5-0, and if this lasts until Tommorow Milk-Chan is going to make an epic comeback and I'll just be like "WTF!?". @CaineI knew you would like those. Actually I was going for a card that trys to be as nuetral as possible.
Milk-Chan
Meh. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Not exactly contest material I suppose. Not exactly my best work either. Milk-Chan calls this a loss regardless of how it goes. Oh wellz!
Sploda
These cards are actually apart of a Realistic set I'm working on. unfortunatly, my OCG seems to be off.
Megami Seika
*Pops her Ocg finger* This card cannot exist on your field, unless "Pinpoint Sharpshoot" is (Removed From play)@in your removed Zone@. (While)@When@ this card is in Defense Position, (once per turn) select one monster on the field, and decrease it's ATK by the difference between the ATK of this card, and the ATK of the selected monster. Any monster whose ATK is less than this card's ATK cannot be selected. If a monster's ATK drops below this cards' ATK, (the selected monster(s) cannot be destroyed by this card)@this card cannot destroy it by battle@. If this card is removed from play, Special Summon "Pinpoint Sharpshoot" to your field with this effect: -This card cannot be destroyed by battle(, while this card is) in Attack Position. When this card attacks, increase it's DEF by 200. When this card destroys a monster, switch this card to Defense Position until your next Battle Phase. Fixed Now LuLu. This card cannot be set. When this card is Special Summoned, (once per turn) both players must roll a six-sided die. (Bolth players) (d) @D@iscard a number of cards equal to what you (bolth) rolled on the die. Once per turn, by removing from play 2 cards (From your hand), you can inflict 500 damage to both players. When this card is sent ot the Graveyard, Special Summon "Ancient Guardian of the Temple" face-up on the field. You bolth had the same amount of OCG errors. Milky's card a bit is to complicated when you could have the same basic efect and cut the words in half. I have to give my biast opinion becaous his is simple and efective, and say LuLu. Sploda
@Sakuya, I purposely left out the "Once per turn," because it only happens when the card is Special Summoned, not every turn.Well that makes it 6-0 A Perfect win for me.
