A lot of people have been calling my spiritual related threads stupid/dumb/fail. But if you don't believe the stuff I'm saying, you can check this out for yourselves.

 

Here're the steps to do this, but it won't work without a digital camera or a camera that has a flash:

1) A couple of hours after dark(midnight's best), take the camera outside.

2) If you have woods on your property, go into them and take random pictures. If you don't have any woods, then you can still do it.

3) While taking pictures, be sure to try to communicate with any spirits that might be there, say chants, or just talk to them like friends or family.

4) When you're finished, go back inside(if you want) and review your pictures.

 

You may have to try this for a few days.

 

If you have followed these very easy steps, then please share your information with the rest of us. But if you're worried about ruining your YCM reputation, then you can PM me the truth :P

I tried this, and I ran into a ghost telling me to save the world from its impending doom. Except it wasn't a ghost, it was my neighbor, and he was telling me to stop flashing lights in his backyard at one in the morning and to get off his property.

Star Child, everyone has their own beliefs in the world. You can't convince everyone here that there are actually any spiritual things around you. You can't tell a Christian man that God doesn't exist, nor can you tell J-Max that hentai sucks. You can't change people's beliefs to your own will.

But seriously, J-Max, why can't you just accept the fact that Ghosts and Spirits exist? You said yourself you saw one: your father. Now, think about how things worked out:

He died a sudden, tragic death, then you kept seeing him despite. Was it because you were traumatized, or because he was actually there? If he loved you, as I'm assuming he did, he'd have wanted to stick around to make sure you were ok. Then what happened? YOU pushed him away. When you kept telling yourself he wasn't there, he was probably hurt, when you let some idiot tell you that you weren't really seeing him, and started completely ignoring that he was there, you hurt him, he would have left on his own, and then you stopped seeing him, not because spirits don't exist, but because he was so hurt by his child denying he was there, that he left on his own, most likely with tears in his eyes.

Dark: I see it now. I checked it from before you edited it as well, and its there, in the same place. No obstruction from the mist or anything. Its just small, and not in a perfect place to be seen unless you know what your looking for. maybe if you can do this again and hope to get something better?

Assuming ghosts do exist(they might or might not.) What purpose would they have to show up on cameras? Or hang out in your backyard for that matter. Unless there was a murder in your backyard or have lived and had a fixation on your house when they were alive. Parks I can understand, but I can't see anything in that picture that resembles what would imagine a ghost would look like.

 

EDIT: I zoomed in on the picture in photoshop. You mean the thing that looks like a face? If so, it's simply branches and that is all I really see =/

@Dark: My eyes are crappy. So I could only make out the hair (I think its hair) or of it. And I also thought I saw a body, but it was just the outline of the light part of the soil.

I asked one of my friends at school to do this, and she said that all she had to do was take a picture of a car at her house to find a ghost. Easy as that, so I'm just asking all you skeptics to try it.
