Well here it is........

situational, but it's a neat burn effect

 

but the burn is too great. You just said each spell card in both player's graveyards

 

with the *500, this can easily go over 4000 for the burn.

 

I'd drop that to *200 per spell card at the very most

Well I think their right about the attribute thing but to me it's just a minor mistake.Apart from that their isn't much mistakes so ill say 8/10.

 

Since im a positive person the good thing I see is the fact theirs a range of effects and most are good ones.A perfect deck needs perfect cards.
