That's a bad comment in my book. - - - Onto the card: I find this card UP because you'll be able to destroy only up to 5 cards (instead of winning the duel), whereas Lightning Vortex can do the same with 1 card (any, at that) discarded. This would be a decent in an Exodia Necross Deck, or as FANtomCore said, in dire straits. Make the effect more powerful because it is so situational. You would have won by then! Someone already explained before that if a piece of Exodia is sent to the Graveyard, and you end up collecting incomplete pieces of Exodia your sunk, so you might as well use this card. Its even worse if a piece of Exodia is removed from play so you absolutely should play this card for the following reasons: 1 - Power of Lightning Vortex2 - Frees up your hand if it was getting full from useless Exodia pieces.3 - Life Saver - Your in a tight spot, and getting whammed on by your opponent and your Life Points are taking a beating and Exodia is taking to long to complete. This is a good situational backup card for Exodia Decks, which could accelerate the Summoning of Exodia Necros and make Exodia Pieces offensively useful. 10/10 all the way. (or w/e it's called) it's better for THAT!! you can get it out much faster >_> plus, there ARE ways to bring back the exodia cards into your hand or deck even after they've been sent to the graveyard. you just need the right cards! think! Why does everyone confuse this card as something you would use to waste your opportunity to complete Exodia. Its not used for that purpose. You could misuse it like that, but that is not the way to use this card. People just don't get this card. They probably don't play Exodia decks much if at all. Unfortunately the exodia pieces have been limited now but even so this cards effect is still valid for other reasons as explained in the thread. Unfortunately the exodia pieces have been limited now but even so this cards effect is still valid for other reasons as explained in the thread.[/quote'] i just meant if you had 1-4 exodia pieces in your hand, you can discard them all to destroy up to the same number of cards on the field, not just monsters. besides, if you had ALL 5 pieces, you wouldn't be able to play this card, because you would've WON by that time.
