Alien Deck (Not Finished)

Hey YCM, I need some help with my Alien Deck, I want to finish it badly but don't know what I want, I'm looking for a Decent Structure, something I can use at a Locals or something, anyhow, heres what I got so far:

 

Monsters (15) (I need more):

 

Alien Ammonite x3 ( Essential )

Alien Dog x3 ( Essential )

Alien Overlord x2 (Beatstick , Counter Spreader )

Alien Grey x3 ( Draw Power, Counter Spreader )

Alien Mother x1 ( Goyo Of The Deck. )

Alien Warrior x1 ( I need more )

Oshaleon x1 ( Search Ammonite )

B.E.S Big Core MK-2 ( Desperation, Can be used for Synch Material )

Alien Hypno x1 ( Only run 1 since he's a Gemini)

 

Spells (16) (Need to shorten):

 

Code A Ancient Ruins x3

Mysterious Triangles x2

"A" Cell Breeding Device x3

Magical Mallet x1

Fissure x1

Different Dimensional Capsule x1

Cold Wave x1

Giant trunade x1

Lightning Vortex x1

Level Limit - Area B x1

Soo yeah, as you can see, I need major improvments....

Been a while since I saw another alien user :). But a few key cards will go a long way to improving it.

 

Depending on your desired playing style it could like something like:

 

Spells:

-1 Fissure (If you can get your counters out fast, Mysterious Triangle is a much better alternative)

 

-1 Level Limit - Area B (Good stall card, but Aliens usually perform better with more agressive tactics)

 

-1 Different Dimension Capsule (Too risky, consider a Gold Sarcophagus (Unsure on exact spelling.) or more draw power.)

 

-1 "A" Cell Breeding Device. (Good backup plan, but slow at building up an advantage, deck space could be used better).

 

+1-3 Snake Rain (Helps put Aliens in grave from deck, ready for ammonite or Code A, can give you easy access to Chaos Sorceror or to satisfy the conditions for Pot of Avarice)

 

+1-3 Pot of Avarice (Keeps decked stocked with targets for Mysterious Triangle and gives draw power)

 

Monsters:

 

-1 B.E.S Big Core MK2 (Maybe summonable without tributes but due to its lack of counters, there are better choices e.g Cyber Dragon)

 

-1 Alien Hypno (Not usually round long enough to get multiple monsters under control, Mass Hypnosis can provide substanstial advantage for 1 turn, or brainwashing beam can be used instead for longer control, or at a push Interdimensional warp for permanent control)

 

-3 Alien Grey (Good abilities but not that useful in higher levels, can be replaced with much better monsters.)

 

+1 Chaos Sorceror (The key aliens like Ammonite and Overlord are LIGHT and DARK respectively so C.S can give the deck a bit of field clearing power)

 

+1-2 Alien Mars (Basically the alien equivalent of Skill Drain, can work wonders when combined with Alien Kid especially against Synchros, JDs and DADs)

 

+2-3 Alien Kid (Good anti-swarm card, helps you load up on counters, will be a life-saver against the DADs and JDs when combined with M.T)

 

+1 Cyber Dragon (Cost-free special summon and a good beatstick. Can be used to tribute for Overlord to start the counter flooding.)

 

Traps:

 

+3 Reckless Greed (Doesnt need explaining.)
