Yu-Gi-Oh! The Ties That Break [PG-13] [Started] [Accepting by PM]

[align=center]2047. Japan. A new Organization has surfaced among the Government's Highest Officials. This Organization, or "MAD", has created a new Dueling Environment, also and more commonly known as "God's Field", as named by the members of MAD. The citizens of Japan are at first excited about the new mechanism, until they realize the true power of the God's Field when MAD took over the entire Government with God's Field, by using it's powerful effects. God's Field is similar to the regular Dueling System, the "God's Field" is also a Field Spell Card activated during the start of the duel. The God's Field card alone has no effect on actual gameplay, but as long as it remains on the field, it cannot be destroyed, and any Field Spell Card is useless to break it's strength. The God's Field true strength is it's "Judgment", it's Judgment is, if the duelist who lost is not pure of heart, they die.

 

The MAD leader, or "Ryoumaru Jukyno", used a "Judgment Meter", of which only 5 exist, 3 of which were lost, 1 belongs to Ryou, and 1 is currently held in inventory in MAD headquarters. Before testing God's Field, Ryou made sure on the "Judgment Meter" that he was pure of heart, and he was. This wasn't needed however as he had defeated everyone he faced either way. Soon, the God's Field was mass produced without Japan's knowledge of it's strength. However, several duelists have band together, after some of their friends were killed by the strength of the machine.

His dueldisk is finely polished and made from the strongest and best metal in Japan.

Bio: Beaten and abused as a child, erased all other records of himself besides his name and age.

Kyo sighed "But I'm going to go to school, no matter your decision" Kyo then averted his eyes towards his watch, and he saw that it read 7:45

 

"Oh no! 7:45 already!? Kota-Chan, make your decision quickly, or I'm going to go, I can't wait all day" Kyo stomped his feet impatiently for his friend to make his decision.

Full Name: Shinji Jukyno

Appearence: Identical Twin Brother of Ryoumaru. Flat, Dark Blue hair and crimson red eyes. Always appears gentle to his comrades in the Duelist team, despite harboring great hate. Wears a dark jacket and pants all the time, due to not having any work to wear a uniform to. His Dueldisk is his brother's old one, of which he stole from MAD as he was escaping. It is also made from the finest metal in Japan, but is not nearly as finely polished.

Bio: The Twin brother of Ryoumaru. Beaten and abused as a child, which led him to leave home at the age of 15, but at the age of 18, he was found by his older brother, who asked him to create MAD with him and help form Japan as a better place, he agreed, being gullible and not wanting to distrust his older brother. At the age of 22, the boys had created and placed MAD at one of the top of Japan's Highest Government Officials, but soon, Shinji found his brother's true intention as he walked in on him killing the President of Japan. He left with nothing but the clothes on his back and his deck, as he knew he could not defeat his brother. Soon, he helped form the Duelist Organization and started to rebel against they're new leader, what he had helped to bring up

"I summon Flamvell Firedog in Face-Up Attack Position, and have him attack your Junk Synchron!" Shinji screamed at the top of his lungs towards the duelist he was facing, a member of MAD who had found the Duelist's Secret Hiding Place. His Opponent's Life Points fell from 500, to a blank 0 as the MAD member fell to the floor.

 

"Duelists!" He called to a few Grunts in the Duelist's Organization, the Grunts were not referred to by names, but simply 'Duelists' or 'Grunts', by a high standing member in the Duelists. "Take this man, to his 'room'." Shinji laughed as they took the lifeless man away, and began to make his way over to a few members of the Duelists, probably just a few grunts "I have a mission for you, today." Shinji began ruffling through his pockets, and pulling out a 'Judgment Meter'.

 

"You're going to infiltrate MAD's factory in Kurosumi. That may not be their headquarters, but it's good enough if we could gain control over any 1 area." Shinji talked in a calm voice, and then explained why he was giving them one of the 2 Judgment Meters the Duelist's had.

 

"I want you to stray from dueling anyone without a pure heart if God's Field is active, and just go for the leader of the factory, alright?" He said looking into blank space. "If not, I'll come with you and make sure of it."

[align=center]Hanoke braced himself for a big fight. The first bully lunged at him, but he quickly sidestepped and kicked him in the back of the knee, then hit him with the stick.

 

The second man pulled out a knife and charged screaming "You bastard!! I'm gona kick your ass!" Hanoke stood motionless as the man attacked. The girl screamed as the man drew closer and closer. "I wouldn't do that if I were you..." Hanoke mumbled, almost to himself. "And why not?" The bully paused for a moment... almost hypnotized. "You're going to leave this girl alone, and go home. You'll take a bath... and run into the police station naked with a gun..."

 

The girl giggled under her breath. The man walked away. His eyes were lifeless and blank. John became out of breath and sat back down on the bench.

 

The girl walked up to him slowly. She was pretty, but really shy. "Th-th-thank you for s-s-saving m-me". She looked cold. "M-my name's Saki." the girl replied... stuttering and shivering.

 

"My name's Hanoke. I don't think they'll be bothering you anymore... Are you cold? Do you want a blanket or something?" Saki nodded her head. "Wait here," Hanoke said. he handed her a sweater he found on a nearby park bench and walked off towards a small shop.

"Morning? Already?"

In the middle of a dream, too. She had this wonderful vision that there was her favorite card: The Fool. During this dream, she had wandered about and saw many people with the same appearance as her: a duel monster. Some of these, she didn't recognize, but she felt welcomed with them.

 

Then her alarm went off.

*Yawn*

Time to get ready for the day.

Benjamin stepped off the boat. THe captain followed suit.

"If I may ask, Mr. Ezekus, what brings you to Tokyo?"

Benjamin turned and faced him.

"The deal that will make or break my career, captain."

At that point, the car pulled up at the dock. the driver got out and held up a sign that read 'Ezekus'. Benjamin thanked the captain and got in the car.

"Sir, you asked the company to take you and your luggage to your hotel first."

"Yes, and?"

"I was just confirming, sir."

"Ah, very good. Yes, yes, away with you then."

"Very good sir."

The car revved and accelerated out of the shipyard. The first thing Benjamin would have is a nice meal.

A tradgic sight though it did seem, the city was quiet in the times of mid morning. The sun shone almost darkly acrossed the deserted streets and the occasional person would walk by slowly, almost zombie like. The peice and silence of the city was almost haunting to say the least.

 

"AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!" the scream shattered the silence like a baseball threw a glass window. In a nearby back ally a man wearing a duel disk hit the floor. However he didn't get up. He was dead. The duelist standing acrossed from him gave the sign on the cross to his deceased opponent.

 

"Another innocent life claimed by this false god." he said in discust. He took a flower which looked like a black rose and threw it. It landed on the mans chest. "May you rest peacefuly. I'm sorry it had to end this way." with those last solemn words he exitted the ally.

[align=center]Hanoke walked into the small store and bought a cup of coffee for himself and tea for Saki. He also bought a sweatshirt for her. "Keep the change," he told the cashier. Hanoke handed him a 50 dollar bill (japaneese currency?). He hustled back and was pleased to see she was still there. He handed her the tea. "I hope you like tea, that's all they have." Hanoke said to her in a warm tone. "Unless you want coffe..."

 

"Thanks" she replied while taking a sip of tea. "Here's some money. Take it and go home... Get yourself something nice... and get a dog or something." Hanoke handed her a wad of cash. "You didn't get this from me..." and Hanoke walked off into the crowd.[/align]

"Looks like i'll have to be the light to shine over these dark times." Hyaku said to himself as he walked threw the steets. Hard to believe that once such a popular harmless game has turned into a death sentance." he shook his head and sighed. "I hope this MAD corporation prepares itself for the worst. I intend to give them a hell like they've never seen before."

After Shinji had given the grunts this task, he left the building through the Back Entrance, which led to an alley. He saw a body limp on the ground outside the entrance, two duelists fighting, he presumed, however it seemed the other duelist had already left the area. Shinji simply left the body to lie there, he just stood there, unphased by the death of the man, as if he had seen it millions of times before. Because he had. He started to speak, in a calm tone, but with strength behind the words.

 

"Another one bites the dust."

"Ah~" A childish tone squealed from behind a chair. "Such a wonderful day~" The child turned from his chair, revealing his face to be Ryoumaru Jukyno, "Don't you agree, Namis~?" He said, talking to one of his admins. "I feel like a duel~" He said to himself as he got off his desk and walked out of the room, and then out of the building. "Time to find some unsespecting prey, to fill my appetite." Ryou said, taking away his childish tone and replacing it with that of an equivalent of a demon. He continued walking, hoping to find someone with a Duel Disk as quickly as possible, for when he was hungry, there was no stopping him. "Come on out, you little worms."

Kogane Yajuu was laying out in the Park, swing around in a hammock, as he watched the clouds go by. He said to himself as he was holding up his drink, ”Clouds….beautiful..Haaa. Hopefully there will be some fireworks in the end.”, he saw someone in the distance at the edge of the park he continued talking to himself ,”Maybe a dullest."

 

Started walking over to the duelist and yelled out,"Sir Do you want to duel.", he activated his duel disk. Started to load in his deck in to his holster.

Ryou heard a man calling for, at least he thought, him. Ryou slowly made his way towards the man. "You? Are challenging me?" Ryou said as he lifted up his shirt to get his deck out of his pocket. "Don't make me laugh. A weak little worm like you couldn't stand a chance against me." He began loading his deck into his Duel Disk. "You're lucky I'm a little hungry right now. If you wish I will accept your Challenge" Ryou pressed the "God's Field" button on his Duel Disk, and the area became engulfed. Time seemingly stopped outside of the duel as Ryou made his way to the other side of the field.

 

"Alright, you go first, little worm." Ryou laughed as he drew his beginning 5 cards.

Kogane ,"Let see how well your judgment is, I set one monster Face Down and 3 cards Face Down and end my turn.", he started walking back to his Hammock ,"sorry i need a drink while i duel. Do you want anything my friend.", He didn't even notice Ryou previous comment. He made it back as he got his bottle of Wine and the food he was eating before.

"I'm fine." Ryou smiled an evilish grin as he picked up the top card of his deck, looking at it with Glee. "Good. Alright! My turn, I begin by Summoning my prized Jurak Deino, in Attack Position!" He yelled as the small dinosaur appeared in the playing field, "I then Set a card, and with my Jurak Deino's 1700 Attack, he'll charge your face-down!" Ryou yelled at the top of his lungs as the small dinosaur charged his thick head at the face-down monster.

To bad you don't want anything, you dinosaur dose tho, to bad he ate off more then he can chew. My Alien Grey will place a A-Counter on it. " A bug came out of Deino's mouth and attached on to it. He continued,"He had a friend Alien Warrior Attack mode, And avenge your Companion." A alien Came form the sky and attacked Deino. The bug on his back started to drain Deino making him fall," Alien Warrior Decreases your monster's ATK and DEF by 300." Alien Warrior destroyed Deino, "...Look a Mother Ship is above us i activate my "A" Cell Breeding Device Breading and end my turn"

"You bastard...my precious Deino!" Ryou screamed as his Life Points dropped from 4000 to 3500 as he drew the top card of his deck. "Alright! I flip my face-down, Call of the Haunted, and bring back my Jurak Deino!" He yelled as his Jurak came unto the field. "And now I Normal Summon Jurak Guivre, in Attack Position!" He screamed as another Dinosaur rose to his field. "But oh! I'm not done yet, my Jurak Deino is a Tuner." He smiled.

 

"May the Ancient Flames have mercy on your Soul! Synchro Summon, Jurak Giganot, come forth!" He yelled as his Jurak's rammed heads and created a new, more powerful being.

 

"Now normally, my Jurak Giganot would only have 2100 Attack Points, but due to his effect he gains 200 for each Jurak Monster in my Graveyard! Meaning he has 2500 Attack Points!" Slight visions of transparent Jurak Deino and Jurak Guivre flashed in front of Jurak Giganot as his Attack grew. "Now! My Jurak, destroy his Alien Warrior!" He screamed as his Jurak Giganot let out a flame from his mouth, engulfing the Alien Warrior.

Two Bugs Warped around Giganot,"Our decks are exactly the opposite, I Activate Damage = Reptile and Take my 700 damage and summon a monster with it. Alien Psychic In DEF Mode." A alien started to float in the air. its eyes stared to glow as the Bugs started to glow with it putting Giganot to sleep,"Those bugs have so many uses."

He drew 1 card and started to smile,'First I Set one card facedown and activate my "A" Cell Breeding Device And place a A-Counter on your monster and summon my Sacrifice Alien Dog and place 2 more A-Counters on your monster.' Alien Dog started to scratch off Bugs on to Giganot as the Breading device Shot one at it(Total A-Counters 5),"I warn you my friend the Pollution will begin next turn. If not the Mother will rise. End my turn."

Fuujin and Raijin stepped up to a duel that was going on in a local park, "Hey, Rai, remember when we dueled like this? Just for no reason at all?" Fuu asked his brother. "Yeah..." Rai said, laughing. "It's great that people still do." Fuujin said, sighing lightly. "Hmph. Yeah, I wish we still could; but we just get too competitive now. What with our titles..." Raijin spoke softly now. "Ha... I would never imagine that there would finally be a town where people duel in the parks, a place to relax." Raijin said lightly, laughing.

"Giganot." Ryou silently whispered as he drew the top card from his deck, he smiled, then placed down a card on his duel disk, "I activate the Normal Spell Card, Fossil Dig! Allowing me to add 1 Level 6 or Higher Dinosaur-Type Monster from my Deck to my Hand, and I choose my Jurak Herrera!" He said, taking the card from his Deck. "Giganot...You've done good." Ryou whispered silently under his breath. "Now! I Tribute my Giganot to Summon Jurak Herrera from my hand!" As Jurak Giganot dissolved, a new threat appeared on the field, a menacing Dinosaur with 2 cannons on his back. "Now! Herrera, charge his Alien Psychic!" Ryou yelled as blasts from the cannons on the Dinosaurs back blasted at the small alien.

 

"Ha! I knew this wouldn't be worth my time!" Ryou laughed as he set a card face-down and ended his turn.

"Excellent!" Fuujin yelled while clapping, impressed with the duel. Raijin simply stood there, frozen after realizing who was dueling. "Th-Th-That's the leader of MAD... Fuujin, I can't be seen with you right now, please, go somewhere else, maybe on that bench or something." Raijin said, rushing his brother away. "Okay, okay." Fuu complained, walking over to the bench, loading his deck. "I wanna duel the loser."

Akika was down at the park. With her duel disk, of course, just in case someone happened to threaten her.

Nobody threatened her.

But a duel nearby did spark an interest.

 

A decent duel, she decided. There was nothing wrong with a decent duel like this. But she was bored, so she flipped acoin to pass the time.

 

Coin flipped.

"Tails"

The coin landed on the ground.

It was tails.

Akika paused. There was something about this duel that made her uneasy, but she put it down to stress.

"Heads..."

"Hey! You there! Wanna duel?! I'm bored." Fuu asked a young girl, hoping she was going to accept his offer. "Hey! Fuujin! You've got my deck!" Rai yelled to his brother, tossing him his deck. "Oh, thanks!" Fuu yelled back, passing Rai his deck. "Sorry about the yelling, me and him are twin brothers." Fuujin explained, his head twitching from being too hyper.

 

"Yeah! Go Jukyno-sama!" Raijin cheered for his leader, nervous and excited. Nervous because he's never met Ryou, and excited for the same reason.

 

~By the way, Fuujin will often be hyper, and often run out of breath while running; as he has Asthma and ADD/ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder.).

[align=center]Hanoke stood up a little straighter after he helped Saki. "I hope she made it home okay..." he wondered to himself. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a few people having duels...

 

"Better not get involved..." He just sat and watched. "Hmmm... an Alien deck... interesting..." Hanoke watched as the man with the Alien deck dueled.[/align]

Benjamin had a nice nap and a nice meal. He had made sure he had everything secure in the various hiding places in his room, then found his driver in the hotel bar. Before Benjamin could be suspicious of anything, the driver pulled out a receipt at the bar. Not a single thing on the list had the slightest traces of alcohol. Benjamin grinned and nodded. That man was good, he'd give him that.

 

"So," Benjamin asked his driver in Japanese as they moved along the streets, "have you been face-to-face with this 'Ryomaru' before?"

 

"No, fortunately. I've heard rumors, though. Not necessarily about him as a person, but as a duelist. They say some of his opponents never leave the duel field alive."

 

"A scary thought," Benjamin agreed. But this was an interesting development. If he showed no fear to Ryomaru, even employed candor (if possible), he could turn the tables and get a good fraction on the take.

Kogane said back, “I Activate Planet Pollution Virus I give up my dog.” A alien mother ship Hovered over head. Alien Dog turned to dust and Alien Bugs started to rain down from the sky destroying all monsters without a A-Counter on it on Ryou Side,” I activate my Monster lock down card I summon my Alien Mars, and attack you with both of my monsters.“ The both shot out a beam at Ryou (1200 Damage),”I end my turn”

He watched intently, studying his would-be opponent's moves and cards. He began to look through his cards... Trying to think up something in retaliation for these A-Counters. [/align]
