This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, unless the Cubs are playing. When "Harry Caray" says "Hey!", inflict 7000 points of damage to your opponent. If the Cubs win, you automatically win the duel. Increase the ATK of this card by 5000 each time Harry Caray says "Hey!" Well, it's gonna be pretty hard to get an auto win with his effect.
