Tortoise Kyle
Here goes an atempt at making a set:
This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Rise of Tortugan". You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to switch the original ATK and DEF of this card, until the End Phase of your opponents next turn. If this card is attacked while it is in face-up Defence Position, you can select 1 Level 4 or lower "Tortugan" monster you control and switch the attack target to that monster.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing all WATER or all EARTH monsters in your Graveyard from play. This cards original ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monsters removed from play because of this effect x400. If you control at least 1 EARTH monster beside this card, you can discard 2 cards to destroy 1 monster card your opponent controls. If you control at least 1 WATER monster, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls.
This card is used to Ritual Summon 1 "Tortugan" Ritual Monster. You must also offer Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you are attempting to Ritual Summon.
You can Special Summon this card from your hand if there are more than 4 "Tortugan" monsters in your Graveyard. If you do, destroy this card during the End Phase. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a Reptile-Type monster, you can discard 1 card to allow that monster to attack twice this turn.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Des Koala" you control. When this card destroys an opponents monster as a result of Battle, randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. If the discarded card was a Monster Card, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the monster x 200.
1 Reptile-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send up to 4 Reptile-Type monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. This card gains the following effects based upon how many monsters sent to the Graveyard becuase of this effect.* At least 1: This card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster.* At least 2: When this card attacks a Defence Position monster, decrease the DEF of that monster by 300.* At least 3: Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each "Tortugan" monster in your Graveyard.
Increase the DEF of this card by 300 for each "Tortugan" monster in your Graveyard. If a "Tortugan" monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the attack target to this card. When this card is destroyed, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Tortugan" monster from your Graveyard.
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, increase the ATK of all "Tortugan" monsters you control by 300. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can send 1 "Torugan" mster from your Deck to the Graveyard to return this card to the top of your Deck. ragnarok1945
nice ritual monster pic, now we just need to see the ritual spell card has a nice shifting ability for redirecting attacks. A bit UPed, but that's normal for rituals anyway 9/
Tortoise Kyle
Why does the spell matter? Its not like a ritual spell card can be all that creative.
Archelaus
I'd wait for other Tortugans to be able to give a review here...

Mindscatter
nice ritual monster pic' date=' now we just need to see the ritual spell card has a nice shifting ability for redirecting attacks. A bit UPed, [b']but that's normal for rituals anyway 9/10 Shinato says hi. OT: second card gets too much attack. Should be 400 per card. Other than that good 8.7/10 and looking forward to seeing new cards for this archetype.

ragnarok1945
for Cosmos I'd allow it to stay on the field longer than just 1 turn when special summoned as for the attacking twice ability, you can keep that, just add a drawback of no battle damage will be inflicted the 2nd time's attack 9/
Tortoise Kyle
Wouldn't that balance the 2 effects? One needing a drawback the other being a drawback.
Sander
as for the attacking twice ability' date=' you can keep that, just add a drawback of no battle damage will be inflicted the 2nd time's attack[/quote'] Why do you always suggest drawbacks to the effects that actually DON'T need them? The double attacking is fine as it is and doesn't need any "drawbacks". OT: Seem like decent cards, 8/10.

ragnarok1945
for Infected Tortugan's at least 2 effect, why increase the def of the attacked monster? for Turtugan Lover, not increase its def by 30, you must have meant 300 8/
