This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing one "Archfiend" monster on the field while "Pandemonium is on the field. While this card is on the field, "Pandemonium" cannot be sent to the Graveyard. If an "Archfiend" monster is sent to the Graveyard, place one "Dirge" counter on this card (Max 4). During your Standby Phase, You can remove one "Dirge" counter from this card to Special Summon one "Archfiend" monster from your Deck or Graveyard.

You can only activate this card while you control a 'Iniquitous Gatekeeper of Pandemonium'. You can tribute up to three 'Archfiend' monsters you control. For each tributed, activate the following effects:

 

1 - Special Summon two 'Archfiend' monsters from your deck with less stars than the tributed monster.

 

2 - Destroy up to two cards your opponent controls

 

3 - Gain half of your life points. During the End phase, destroy all cards on the field.

The fact that it isn't an Archfiend actually balances the 2nd card, because it means you actually need 4 monsters to get the big effect.

 

As for the OCG, I think it should be:

 

1st Effect: "Special Summon two 'Archfiend' monsters from your deck whose total Level is less than the Level of the Tributed monster."

 

2nd Effect is fine.

 

3rd Effect: (Is this supposed to be "Pay half your Life Points?" If so, this is balanced. If not, it's OP'd, but the effect should be) "Gain Life Points equal to half your current Life Points. During the End Phase, destroy all cards on the field."

No, the idea for the first effect is that I can tribute a useless Mist Archfiend during the end phase and another subordinate, then Special summon a Terrorking and another lower star monster like pawn in place. If I make it so they're both less than the total level, it can indeed get OP. This is because it makes SS high-level archfiends much easier.

 

As for the third, it does clear the field completely, and although that might be an advantage for some, Archfiends aren't very good at recovering. Not to mention they drain your LP.

 

It's just basic restoration at the cost of needing 3 Archfiends to tribute, and destroying your current set-up. I might change it to destroy all monsters on your side of the field.
