problematica Posted December 13, 2009 Report Share Posted December 13, 2009 When you go to the sign-in window there's a button at the bottom of the blue box that says "Can't access your account?" (Or something similar). You click it and it'll take you to some options, one of which is forgetting your password. You just follow its advice and you'll get your password.
