ragnarok1945
it's a little on the OPed end yes the returning s/t goes to both sides of the field, but given its high atk it's easy to do battle damage and burn your opponent with it (even though it's not much, it accumulates) 8/

Rag, you think anything, and absolutely ANYTHING that can do some more damage, is overpowered. This card, isn't overpowered.
AltJunkie
What is peircing damage? This card seems rather overpowered. Maybe there should be a life-point pay somewhere in there. *EDIT* I just read the effect more closely, and noticed that the effect applies to both sides of the field. Nevermind, then, this card is perfectly balanced, but you should, as it is said below, switch out "peircing damage" with "if this card attacks a defence position monster with lower defence than this cards attack, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponents lifepoints"
TEZZORI
Awesome card i would definately want to use it in my Harpie deck. The lore is realistic and balanced for its level (2 summon requirement) and ATK (low-ish for lvl 8 ) as well as being an original effect (extra points!) I actually think it doesn't need the "can't be Special Summoned" restriction at all but if you do want to weaken it then alow it to be Special Summoned and make its ATK 2600.You just need to fix the OCG. Take out "inflicts piercing damage" and add "if this card attacks a defence position monster with lower defence than this cards attack, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponents lifepoints" etcNot huge fan of the pic but i haven't seen before so bonus.9/
