When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 Level 2 monster from your hand. The following effects cannot be negated:

•This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, except by Tributing 2 monsters you control.

•This card cannot be used for Synchro Summon, except by sending monsters, including this card, to the Graveyard equal to the Level of the other non-Tuner monster combined subtracted by this card's Level, then Special Summon the selected Synchro Monster equal to the Level, ignoring the Synchro Monster's Level requirement. (The monster required for summoning for the Synchro Monster is still required)

•The Special Summon of the Synchro Monster is treated as Synchro Summon.

•The Special Summon of the Synchro Monster is treated as Dark Synchro Summon.

See, the thing is, the Dark Tuners/Synchros already have an inherent rule for the anime. So, basically, about 75% of that text is unneeded.

Then they wouldn't know too much about Dark Synchros and Tuners, would they? That is to say, they wouldn't know what they were to begin with.
