Dad
1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner "Monarch" monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned successfully' date=' you can select 1 card on the field and reurn it to it's owner's hand. Once per turn, if you control a "Monarch" monster, you can activate that monster's effect as though it was being Summoned (including Tribute Summons). If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy another "Monarch" monster you control instead.[/quote'] Discard 1 "Monarch" monster from your hand. Draw 2 cards. If 1 of the drawn cards was a "Monarch" monster' date=' and you have another "Monarch" monster of the same name on your side of the field, you can show it to your opponent to draw 1 more card.[/quote'] (Credit for the latest updates goes to Crab Helmet) Rate / Fix / Hate --DP
CrabHelmet
Absurdly broken. Since it's a "Monarch" monster itself, it can use its second effect to re-activate its first effect. That means that, when it is Summoned, it kills four cards - and then it kills two more cards each turn after that. And that's assuming you don't have any other Monarchs out to give it more options for removing problems from play or spinning them or burning the opponent's hand. Sander
Only thing is, you don't need the space between "1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner "Monarch" monsters" and the effect. So it should look like this: 1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner "Monarch" monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can select up to 2 cards on the field and send them to the Graveyard. Once per turn, if you control a "Monarch" monster, you can activate that monster's effect as though it was being Summoned. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy another "Monarch" monster you control instead. Other than that, a decent card, 8/10. EDIT: Oshi-, Crab has a point. ragnarok1945
you should have made it so that it can activate the effect of any monarch monster except itself otherwise it'll just keep using the 2nd effect on its 1st effect 9/

CrabHelmet
Instantly sending two cards to the Graveyard is still ridiculously powerful in its own right, especially considering how easy it is to Summon. Why not make it bounce one card but allow it to re-activate its own effect?

But I do like that point Crab Helmet. Thanks. It seems I misread your post Crab. Fixing now.
CrabHelmet
Also, this is really minor, but I'd just like to point out that the "Monarchs" are in the OCG known as "Emperors", which makes the idea of something called the "Emperor Monarch" very confusing. Universe = broken.

CrabHelmet
Monarch Among Monarchs or something to that effect could work. He is essentially supposed to be a king of kings, right?
