"So what should we do with them? We can't just leave them here like this, otherwise they'll cause us all a lot of trouble." Kaiba wasn't sure why the rare hunters showed up again all of a sudden, but he didn't like it one bit. If this is any indication of things to come, then i'll have to tread carefully, and also warn the others of this development.

"My best bet is to call Sector Security to take them to the Facility," said Johnathan. "That is what I was going to say," yelled Nathan, "If that doesn't work my underwater jail should do the trick."

"The Facility? That could work. I know the head of the facility as well as some of the guards, so i'll go and call it in now." Yusei takes out his cell phone and calls the facility to report the rare hunters while Kaiba where's a slightly surprised expression on his face. "Oh yeah, I remember you telling me how you were put in there that one time." Kaiba turned to the other 3 and said "I don't suppose that any of you have some sturdy rope lying around?"

"What for?" asked Johnathan. Pegasus left an hour ago with no one realizing it until now. "My guess that he needs it to tie-up the rare hunters so they can be an easy pick-up," said Nathan, "Don't worry I have some in my bag." Nathan gets the rope from his bag, "Here you go Seto."

"Thanks." Holding his Millennium sword out to the side and upright, the blade sinks into it as it lengthens and takes the form of a staff. Moving it so that it faces the rare hunters, he holds it at an angle so that it is tilted towards them while still remaining mostly upright as the ropes and the rare hunters are surrounded by a golden glow and both head to the same spot in front of Kaiba, the ropes twisting around the rare hunters as it reaches them and bounding them tightly together. When the work is finished, there are no visible knots that are used, the pressure of the ropes pressing in on the rare hunters msking it so that knots are no longer needed. "They're going to be in quite a lot of pain when they wake up, but it is the only way to make sure that they cannot get away."

"Hey Seto we need to use your dueling stadium," said Nathan, "Johnathan and I need to find out how is the true champion. Hey where did he go. Oh well I'll just call him." Nathan gets his cell phone out of his bag and dials Seto's number. "Hey Seto we need to use your dueling stadium," said Nathan, "Johnathan and I need to find out how is the true champion."

"My dueling stadium? Fine, just come over to the Kaiba Corp. building and tell the secretary to let you use it. I'm to busy getting things ready for a tournament to get up and do it myself." Seto continued shuffling through a bunch of files on his computer, seeing if there was anything else that needed tobe done for the tournament.

"Wait a minute," yelled Johnathan, I thought you said that Seto doesn't know that the God Cards are still around, didn't he bring out Obelisk?" "This doesn't make sense," replied Nathan, "I was there when Atem was freed.

"Would you please not blast my ear off?! and what are you getting all excited about Obelisk for anyway?" Sero was annoyed to be called just to have his ear blown off. didn't they think that he had more important things to do with his time?

 

"Yeah, I have Obelisk." Kaiba takes it out so that everyone can get a good look at it before putting it back again. "I won it when i dueled my uncle. Or rather, he gave it to me after our duel."

"Anyway when can Johnathan and I use your duel stadium, asked Nathan. Nathan is using video call on his phone. "You get to face the champion when it's all said and done," added Johnathan.

"I already said for you to go and tell the front desk at Kaiba Corp. that you have my permission. Are you deaf or something?" Seto was quickly becoming very irritated and just wanted to be left alone so that he could finish his work.

"Uncle Seto, I have some information for you." Kaiba walked over to where his uncle could see him, as well as hear him. "It seems as though shortly after I left Yusei's work shop, some rare hunters appeared and tried taking the rarest card that everyone here had."

"Rare hunters? You mean morons like the ones from Battle City?" Kaiba now had Seto's full attention, as Seto knew of these rare hunters of which were spoken. He knew that it had to be a recent faction though, as the one that was controlled by Marik Ishtar had been dissolved after the Battle City Tournament.

"Yeah, just like those guys, although I don't think that these guys were being 'controlled'."

"Hmph. Well you'll just have to take care of it on your own. I already had more then my fare share of those idiots."

"You mean you're running away?"

"No, I mean i have a multi-billion dollar corporation to run and don't have the time to be running all over the placce trying to get rid of those morons again. This time I'll leave that to my descendant. Think you can handle that?"

"Would you have given me Obelisk if you thought that i couldn't?" Kaiba knew what the answer would be, and by asking that question, he was challenging his uncle to say otherwise. Seto gave Kaiba a long searching look before going "Hmph." and returning his attention to Jonathan and Nathan. "You guys hurry up and get over here to tell the front desk that I gave you permission to use the duel stadium, unless you wish to bother me even further and make me change my mind." Seto cut the connecton and resumed his work, leaving Kaiba to smile as he closed his eyes and shook his head ruefully. That's just like you uncle Seto. You always were a hard man to have a conversation with.

 

(just a reminder to those who might have forgotten, Kaiba is in reference to my character Leo Dracmus Kaiba who is the son of Mokuba. this is done to avoid confusion, since there is another Leo called Leo Phinix. referring to my character as 'Kaiba' is done to avoid confusion, and Seto Kaiba will always be referred to by his first name. okay?

"Uh Seto, we can still hear you and we are already at the stadium, did you forget my phone can keep a call for 5 min after someone hangs up and that it can call two different people at once, said Nathan, "You always forget what my company can produce. Ah well the duel is going to be a quick one so you might want to come down to face the winner in half an hour." "Yea, you'll get your rematch with me," interupted Johnathan, "Then Obelisk will be mine, and Kaiba you can come and watch your uncle lose if you want. Now thats taken care of... Lets Duel!" "I'll start the duel, and let me tell you I meant what I said to Seto, this is going to be a quick one," said Nathan," But first reveal the staked card. I stake my Blue Eyes White Dragon!" Johnathan replied, "I stake my Slifer the Sky Dragon!" "I go," said Nathan, "I summon Regenerating Mummy in ATK mode. I put two cards face-down and end my turn." "I draw," yelled Johnathan, "I summon Cyber Dragon in ATK mo..." "That's far enough, reveal face-down," shouted Nathan, "My trap hole! Your Cyber Dragon is destroyed!" "Then I put a card face-down and end my turn," said Johnathan. "My turn," shouted Nathan, "Reveal face-down, Destiny Board, and I also have Spirit Messages I and N in my hand. Now you only have two turns left! Just to be safe Regenerating Mummy attack him directly!" "Not so fast," shouted Johnathan, I play Magical Cylinder. Your card is destroyed and you lose 1800 lifepoints." Nathan has 2200 and Johnathan has 4000. "I guess I end my turn, replied Nathan." "I draw! Come on, said Johnathan I guess I summon Kuriboh and end my turn." What is Johnathan planning... Of course he is going to use multiply to make two copys of Kuriboh and then summon Slifer, but it won't work! "I go," stated Nathan, "I activate Spirit message N! Then I summon Pyramid Turtle in DEF mode. I play a card face-down and end my turn." "I draw, yelled Johnathan like he was going to win the duel, "I play Multiply, now my Kuriboh becomes three! Now I sacrifice them to summon Slifer the Sky Dragon!" "I think you are a bit too late," interupted Nathan, "this is your last turn thanks to Destiny Board and Slifer only has 2000 ATK points and I believe you know Pyramid Turtle's special ability. When it's destroyed I get to special summon a Zombie Type monster with 2000 DEF or lower from my deck." "I'll take my chances, Slifer attack Pyramid Turtle now," shouted Johnathan!" "I special summon Red Eyes Zombie Dragon in ATK mode," shouted Nathan." "I end my turn, replied Johnathan." "I go, and I finish Destiny Board's effect by playing my face-down card, Spirit Message L, now you lose the duel!" "I lost," said Johnathan, "I should have never accepted, and this is a championship duel because Seto knows that this has taken place. Nathan here is Slifer the Sky Dragon." "Thank you, and here have my Red Eyes Zombie Dragon, I have more where that came from, added Nathan, "Let's call Seto to tell him the results." Nathan dials Seto's number, but ran into his voicemail. "Hi Seto, this is Nathan. The duel is over and I won so it looks like you get to face Mr. Undefeated in a duel," said Nathan. Yusei take Slifer back to your place and give it to Leo, added Nathan."

"I'm already here." Set Kaiba was standing behind the so-called 'Mr. Undefeated' and already had his duel disk in place. "Are you sure that you want to take this risk? Because after I win this duel, Your Slifer the Sky Dragon is going to belong to me." Already knowing the answer, Seto drew his first 5 cards and waited for Nathan to continue his challenge.

"Becareful waht you wish for Seto, or did you forget who ended your reign five months ago, said Nathan, I accept your foolish challenge." Nathan draws his five cards. "Champions go first," remarked Nathan, "I go, and I'll summon Blackwing Bora the Spear which lets me special summon Blackwing Gale the Whirlwind due to its effect. To make this go quick i activate Final Countdown! I have ten turns including this one and you have ten turns after that I win. I put the rest of my hand face-down and end my turn."

"You really have become impudent, haven't you? You even forgot to ante up your card. Sorry, I don't have what your looking for, but i'll be more then happy to ante up my Blue-eyes. And as for you, you have to ante up your Slifer the Sky Dragon. And now that we've gotten that out of the way, I draw, and set one monster in face down defense. Next i'll play the spell heavy storm! And now that your facedowns Are out of the way, I think I'll play the spell car destruction. I discard 2 cards from my hand and draw 2 more. Usually it affects us both, but you foolishly filled all of your spell and trap zones, so it doesn't really matter."

"Nice try," replied Nathan, "I activate Bad Reaction to Simochi and Gift Box!" Now you only have 1000 lifepoints. So it looks like Heavy Storm doesn't have anything to get rid of."

[Shadow Zero]

"Wrong again. My Heavy storm still destroys your Bad Reaction to Simochi, So you only get to use it once! I'll place 2 cards face down and end my turn. Enjoy your title while it lasts, because soon it'll be back with me where it belongs!"

"I draw," shouted Nathan, "I activate Pot of Greed which lets me draw two more cards. Oh, look another Pot of Greed, two more for me. Yes! I play Nobleman of Crossout! I destroy your face-down card. Finally I activate Heavy Storm! Which destroys all your spell and trap cards. Now Blackwing Bora the Spear attack Seto's lifepoints directly! It looks like you lose again Seto."

"I activate the Trap card Magic Jammer! I discard a card from my hand to negate your Heavy Storm and destroy it! Now, Activate my second face down, Call of the haunted! I Bring back My Blue-eyes White Dragon that was sent to the grave by card destruction. Say goodbye to your Bora!"

Eh-hem... Hi guys anmd gals just droppin by to say what's up and tell everyone merry belated christmas. I will be making a post just as soon as I can be updated on what has happened. Also if you guys have forgotten, you do have to delete the OOC's, but not yet seeing as how I have to read every singlw detail and malke sure everyone is prepared for the ish I'm about to have pop off. By the way, it may take me a while but everyone who has been accepted to this thread will be getting as much rep as possible to receive in a day fromn yours truly. Special thanks to compass, chaos and striker for the postings. Finally, sorry sdtriker, but the moto's have changed their names to the Truchen's and I hope you know you are my character's (Zonixs) brother. This post will be deleted as soon as I can and someone PMs me what is happening.

OoC: Just so everybody knows, I'm useing a real deck, and drawing from it. SO I won't be using magical broken cards out of no-where like that. Also, Mr. Wham's update. I have just revealed I am trying to gather and destroy all the items. SO, the people who haven't posted in awhile, what happens with their items?

 

IC: Leo sighed as they left him. So..THe millinium heart is the core of all the items. I just need to gather them all...But to do that, I think I'll need to trap every millinium item holder inside something...And I think a shadow game might be the perfect place to do just that. But, I'm not that low. What to do, what to do... Leo walked right past the two dueling each-other, and only noticed untill the final card was played. "Oh!" He said, and ran back to watch, waving to the parcipants. "Hi!" He called.

"Hm? Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about how this is all going to end...right now!" Seto draws a card and grins widely. He drew just what he wanted, although it wasn't really necessary. Instead, he moves for another card in his hand. "I activate the Quick Play Spell, Mystical Space Typhoon! I Destroy your facedown and place one on the field myself. Now, End this Blue-eyes White Dragon...White Lightning Attack!!!" The Blue-eyes White dragon attacks, taking Nathans Life Points to zero, and ending the duel. Looking up at the Blue-eyes white dragon that stodd between him and Nathan, Seto remembered his previous life where the one he loved wielded this mighty power. As long as Kisara is by my side, I cannot be defeated. I forgot that before, but it won't happen again!
