Kaiba sighs heavily and riffles through the cards he has, finding one that can cause some sort of time reversal. He picks out return from the different dimension and uses it to repair the windows. Unfortunately, this also brings out the only monster he had there, his Trident Dragion. "Oh great!" Kaiba facepalms and uses Morphing Jar #2 to send it back to the extra deck, then deactivates his Millennium Item so that the effect is cut off midway through. "Sorry about that." Kaiba then leads Leo back into the side room and takes a seat, gesturing for him to do the same.

[Nathanael D. Striker]

"Drink this," said Nathan, "It is water from a healing spring. It should revive you two to your full strength." Nathan hands Yugi/Atem and Zonixs the healing spring water from his bag.

[Mr.WHAM]

"Thank you..."Atem said. He rose first. Zonixs soon followed. "Father, I have missed you so much and you are now whole again, with father. Hahaha this is so wonderful!" Zonixs said. "But there is some thing I must tell you. Those tings you told me of, the Incarnations, they have appeared, only an hour ago. I know, you used to tell me about them, but...I don't remember."

 

Atem smiled at his son. It had been too long since he ad seen him. "Those things, the Incarnations, they are very similar to the Duel Monsters that appeared on the Earth a few Years ago. However, they are not the same. They are not truly bound to the rules of dueling and therefore are better, faster, stronger, and even independent. They can be controlled or they can control." His face grew solemn as he talked. "In many cases, they are unaffected by the effects of and Monster, Spell, or Trap cards thrown at them. The only true way to beat them is by force. Any Incarnate you see has a Duel Counterpart, from which it is based. You would think that some Incarnates, like the one of Old Vindictive Magician and Doom Lord would be weaker because their attack s low. No, they would be stronger because of their attack and effects. Hope that you never encounter an Incarnate like Buster Blader, or worse. And above all, just because it effects a Duel monster does not mean it effects an Incarnate."

 

Zonixs looked at his father. "Enough of this. We know what we need to now Father. Now let us go get some food. My treat." Zonixs looked outside and saw a person standing out there. He felt a surge as he saw the person lookk at his cards. It did not disturb ihm as it would most, but only intrigued and assured him that things would be interesting as they continued.

 

Atem stepped next to Zonixs and gave him a warm embrace. "You know that know we may need to--" he whispered.

"Ssshh and I don't think so. Leo, the angel says he did it. So I will trust him."

"My, son angels are not --"

"Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. He's my friend dad. And a good one too." With that Zonixs cried as he held onto his father's excited about their unity. He was also worried about their secret conversation and what it meant.

 

Zonixs walked into the side room where Kaiba and Leo were. "Guys were going out for some food, come with." Zonixs then turned around and saw Seto Kaiba, standing there, watching. "Seto, you may come to if you please."

[Nathanael D. Striker]

"Seto told me a little earlier that he wants to be alone," said Nathan, "Myself and Johnathan would love to come with you guys. Oh, Atem I must speak with you about the God Cards. I can't say anything else right now."

[Mr.WHAM]

Atem looked at Nathan. "So you must be the new champion. Good to meet you, "Atem said, shaking his hand. "There is much to discuss about the god cards. Like what they are. Come we may talk now, whil we wait for the other boys to finish. " Atem led Nathan into another room where they could discuss their knowledge and concerns in private.

¨man....I am so lost.....¨in his time at the academy Joseph had done a whole lot of Nothing, he looked around the area, he had grown accustom to just walking around, he himself, was not one for big adventures, but he had heard a few things going around, as he walked in the distance he saw a large mechanical Dragon, Gadjiltro Dragon to be exact, he had seen people talk to it...and he had nothig better to do...so why not?

Yugi, we dueled many times before, and you always defeated me. You often said that i had something I lacked, but back then i wasn't able to understand. Yugi...no, Atem! This time I will defeat you. Seto didn't want to duel before, but now he couldn't wait to duel again. Atem had returned, the only one that he had ever truly thought of as anything close to a rival, and he was determined that this time, he would win.

Kaiba gets up, clearly irritated that he was interrupted again. "Great. Seems like every time i try to actually do something i get interrupted. Come on Leo, we might as well not keep them waiting. We'll have our talk afterwards."

[Nathanael D. Striker]

"We haven't talked in years Atem," said Nathan, "I need to know how the millenium items and the God Cards returned after you were freed. I also don't get it and how does my Sword of Light connect to the God Cards?"

[Compass]

Leo didn't even have a chance to sit down. "Very well." He sighed, and followed the two out of the room. As soon as he got in range of Atem and Yugi, he almost fainted, but saved himself by grabbing onto a chair. He looked at the two that are one in horror. "That..." He said quietly. "Was a really, really bad idea, Zonix." Storm clouds where slowly gathering outside, where there once was sunny, happy weather.

[Mr.WHAM]

Gadji looked at the child. "Your lost aren't you child? Come I will take you to meet the others. The dragon grabbed up Joseph and carted him off to the Kaiba building. "They shall all becoming down soon, so stay here with me."

Zonixs looked at Leo. "It is never a bad idea to reunite my fathers. I would have not have fainted, had it not been for you and those Incarnations of yours. Leo, you are changing, into what, I have no idea, but you are still my friend Angelboy."

Atem sighed as he looked down at the floor. With a regal tone he began to explain the god cards. "The Egyptian God Cards were not always such. They were angelic beings, who took the forms you presently see them in. The weapon that they shared was that which you hold in your hand. When the angels volunteered to put their essence in each of the cards, they left the Sword of Light as a nexus to bring them out of their card forms. However, for those angels to be set free completely, they must be released with the sword. I do not believe it is their time yet, so you may continue to use the sword to summon in a duel or in combat. I hope this answer satifies your question."

[Shadow Zero]

Kaiba gets even more irritated and walks between Leo and Zonixs. Reaching up with both of his hands, He slaps the both upside the back of the heads. "Both of you stow it! I've had more then enough of this infighting. If there are any real concerns, they can be dealt with later, unless you changes your mind about heading out Zonixs."

"I think I'll com along as well." Seto had left his office chair was standing just next to Kaiba, holding a briefcase and seeming to be rather impatient at the moment. Kaiba raises his eyebrows at Seto who makes hand motion towards the are where Atem is that is only seen by Kaiba. Kaiba turns away and heads over to the door, not giving any indication that he understood, but knowing that his uncle would get the message. Upon reaching the door Kaiba turns around to look at the others and says "Well, how much longer are we hanging around here then?"

Leo sighed. "Bad idea..." He muttered. "Sure, I'll go. I'm not exactly sure where we are going, Mr. Kaiba, but I'll come." He said respectfully. He then turned to Atem. "These...god cards, if you will, are incredably powerfull. Most of my kind regret makeing them, and wish to have them back, so they can be cleansed of the spirt, and become normal playing cards, with no spirt. However, they have not found anyone who would give the scorce of ultimate power away..."

[Shadow Zero]

Kaiba suddenly strikes the back of Leo's head as hard as he can from seemingly out of nowhere. As he stands over Leo from where he lies on the ground, he glares at him, every line in his face suddenly exuding the highest degree of loathing. "Never, ever, talk about killing a duel monsters spirit! Have you no idea of the implications of what you just said?!"

[Compass]

Leo shook his head. "Pardon my wording. By cleansing it, I mean transplanting the spirt of the card back into its original body. That way, the card's spirts would not be forced to do the bidding of whoever summoned the card." He glanced at the cards. "Anyway, where are we going? Or you, since I probably should be leaving, to do more cliched angel things."

[Shadow Zero]

Kaiba walks over to kneel next to Leo who by now would have raised himself to a sitting position. Still glaring at him, Kaiba punches Leo on the side of the head this time before raising him into a sitting position and looking more like a stern teacher about to give a lecture. "Duel spirits aren't 'forced' to do anything. They choose to fight along side of us when we summon them in a duel, but otherwise reside in the duel spirits world where things are peaceful for the most part. There are 2 clear examples of this. After using the Seal of the Orichalcos, Atem tried and failed to summon the Eye of Temius. The Eye of Temius refused to duel with him do to the fact of Atem had used the Orichalcos, so Temius saw him unfit as a dueling partner for a time. Another clear example Lies within the God Cards themselves. Only certain people can wield the power of the Gods, and so be able to utilize their full potential. When a servant of the Orichalcos commanded Obelisk, he was able to do so only because he used the Orichalcos to control it, but still failed because he was not able to fully wield it, since Obelisk would have never found such a person to be worthy. The only time a God was ever controlled by someone who was not worthy was when someone had created a card for just that purpose.....But i digress. The main point is that As long as the duel spirit exists and is willing to fight alongside someone, The only way of stopping it is to kill it, and i will not allow that, understand?"

[Compass]

Leo sighed. "They are angels, not exactly duel spirts. They like anyone who's heart is pure. ANd purity of the heart is often sullied." He sighed. "They are used to it. Some of us angels just want them back, is all." Leo stood up. "Anyway, I want to apoligize for being so weird lately. I just...am more angelic then I need to be. Without Selene to bicker with all the time, I'm useless." He smiled. "Sorry."

[Shadow Zero]

"Yeah, well stop assuming that you always know best. Have you never even once considered asking them how they feel about it?" Kaiba went back to simply being annoyed, and went riffling through his pockets to find Obelisk. Pulling him out, Kaiba said "You can ask Obelisk if you want, But i can almost guarantee that you will not like the answer you are given.

Leo smiled. "Didn't say I was one of those angels." He took Obilisk in hand. The card began to glow with a soft blue light, which quickly turned into a large blue colum of light. "I call thee forth! God of the Obelisk, destroyer and saver of the earth, the tormentor." The blue light faded, and standing next to the younger Kaiba was obeilsk.

[Shadow Zero]

Obelisk looks down upon Leo for several seconds, glaring slightly, but not moving or uttering a single word. Finally he starts to speak with a voice both majestic and terrible at the same time. "Why hast thou summoned me forth? For what reason have i been awoken from my slumber?"

[Nathanael D. Striker]

"I have one more question Atem," added Nathan, "How am I able to control the Sword of Light and the God Cards when I don't have a tie to Ancent Egypt? I just don't get it. I mean I just don't know where I fit in this. I hear something. I'll be back." Nathan goes to the main room to find Obelisk there. "By the power of the Sword of Light," commanded Nathan, "I command you Obelisk to return to your slumber in the card you came from!"

[Mr.WHAM]

Atem smiled. "Thank you for doing that. Obelisk need not be loosed here...and now. Now concerning your Sword of Light, it is believed that good people may use it to call out to the angels inside the cards. It is their weapon and it will be split in three when the time comes for the angels to awaken. This will not be anytime soon thouugh. However, you may just very well have some Egyptian blood in you Nathan. Be sure to find out, it may prove useful." Zonixs walked into the room where Atem and Nathan were speaking. "We're ready to go," he said. With that he gathered everyone and took them on an elevator as they moved downstairs to the first floor.

[Reaper of Shadows]

"Yes!" Zirceus cried out in triumph. "I have finally found it," he yelled, holding up the golden item in his hand. The Millinium Ring was now his. "I can't believe that I found it in japan," he said. He was lost in his thoughts until his helicopter pilot came up to him and said, "Are you ready to leave Mr. Pegasus, sir?" "Yeah lets go," Zirceus replied. He got onto the helicopter and they flew away. He continued to stare at the item until his curiousity overcame him. He put it around his neck, and as he did the ring glowed gold, before releasing a burst of light and energy that sent the helicopter hurtling toward the ground.

[Mr.WHAM]

Zonixs was the first out of the elevator. He walked outside and saw the smoking helicopter hurtling towards the ground. Without a moment's hesitation, he hopped on Glaemyr, and sped toward's the falling vehicle. 'I know that helicopter...Dammit Zirceus, what'd you do?' He and Glaemyr shone as they dove after it. Glaemyr extended his tail, grabbing the helicopter. While midair, Zonixs dove inside the copter and saw the terible scene. There was some blood splattered around and the pilot was out cold. With some help from an Adrenaline Pheromone, he grabbed the pilot, and tossed him over his shoulder. Then he grabbed Zirceus on his way out of the helicopter. He tossed them onto Glaemyr, who was still holding the helicopter. As the three got the dragon, he slowly placed it on the ground. "Dammit Zircues, you better not be dead."

Kaiba immediately chased after Zonixs, whipping out his Millennium Destroyer and using it to slow down the helicopter onsiderably as Zonixs jumped on Gladeyr and took to the skies. As Zonixs returned with the pilot and Zirceus in tow, Kaiba jumped on Glaedyr and held his hands up above them both, the hands glowing as he started a melodic chant that sounded more like a song that caused the blood that had been pouring out to seep back into the wounds and for the wounds to reseal themselves after the blood was returned inside the body where it belonged. Having completed his task, Kaiba lowered his hands, feeling slightly out of breath and looking up at the sky, wondering why there were so many dark clouds gathering.
