That card you destroyed was Brain Control, but I have another one that I just drew. You know what that means. I now have 200 lifepoints, but I get control of Blue Eyes for the turn. You thought you had me, but you didnt. Now Blue Eyes attack Seto now and end this once and for all!"

"Kuh...you BASTARD! I activate my trap, MAGIC CYLINDER!!!" Seto uses Magic Cylinder to return the attack to Nathan instead of taking the force of it himself. That bastard really thinks he can turn my own Blue-eyes against me?! It's only fitting that he felt it's wrath in the end, despite his feeble attempts!"

"You're champion, but not for long," said Nathan, "If you forgot the rules of the title, the former champion can call a rematch anytime he wants. If you use that against me with Johnathan it won't work. He gave you a instant championship duel so his rematch was this duel fought by you." "Yea, I did," added Johnathan. "You heard him Seto,we'll duel again soon," said Nathan, "In a tag team duel! The winning teams leader gets the title! See you when the time comes. Oh, Slifer is with Yusei so here is my Blue Eyes I won from you years ago. If you're wondering why it's with Yusei I gave it to him before you showed up to give it to Leo. I heard the conversation they had."

Seto walks up to Nathan and swats the hand aside, grabbing the front of his shirt and lifting off of the ground. "What do you mean 'your' Slifer is with Yusei, and whats with offering me another card in it's place?!" Seto shoves Nathan backward...hard. "Are you trying to cheat me!?" Seto starts walking forward, but is stopped by Kaiba before he can take more then a few steps forward, causing him to stop and glare at Kaiba instead. Meeting his uncles gaze, He slowly shook his head side to side, then turned to face Nathan and walked up to less then a foot away from him. "Well, it seems like someone is trying to keep his best card even though he lost. Not to worry, I can just call Yusei and tell him the results of the duel. Him, at least, I know can be trusted to honor his word." Kaiba turns and walks away, grabbing his cell phone and dialing Yuseis number as he did so.

"Already too late," said Johnathan, "I just called him and he knows everything and yes he told me that he has Slifer so you need to back off or do you want to duel me for the Winged Dragon of Ra. If I were you I would duel for Ra. The only reason I dueled Nathan is to beat him and get your Obelisk, but you don't have it anymore. So you want to duel me or not."

Kaiba stopped short and put his phone back into a pocket of his jacket. Then, turning around slowly to show a face full of murderous intent, he says "And just how is it that happen to have Ra, yet fail to mention it before the start of the duel?" Kaiba was so pissed that he felt as though Nathan was wrong move away from getting sliced, stabbed, or shanked. He knew that Seto was angry as well, but he also knew that Seto's rage was currently far from a match for his own. As he glared over his shoulder at Striker, his Millennium destroyer started to glow very brightly from where it rested inside of his sleeveless ankle length jacket. In that moment, Yusei showed up on his duel runner and pulled to a halt behind and to the side of Nathan.

"I heard it all," said Yusei, "And I'm on Nathan and Johnathan's side on this one. I also have Slifer and no I'm not giving it to you Seto." "Thanks Yusei," said Nathan, "And did you forget Seto that I have a powerful sword in my bag!" "To let you know Seto," said Johnathan, "I got Ra from my uncle Yugi when Atem was freed."

"Yusei!" Kaiba walks up to Yusei and stops a few feet short of him. "Are you really all right with this?! It was supposed to be understood that the rarest cards would be ante'd up, and now you are saying that you are going to allow this stain of dishonor that Nathan is incurring?!"

"He did make the rules when he made the title belt," said Yusei, "And you agreed to it to it Seto, and by those rules the rarest card that each person has with them in the ante." "I always keep the most current rules with me Kaiba,' added Nathan, "So Seto don't try getting your way out of this. If you try to get out of this one your title will just be vacanted and be put up in a tournament just like you won it before Johnathan beat you. So Kaiba, I believe it's Seto that has dishonor on himself."

"Is that so? Well I had only shown up after the duel started, so I had not known of this." Kaiba wasn't quite sure where to take things from here, although Seto clearly knew what to say next.

"So, what of it? He just decided to leave Slifer with you, right? To me, that just sounds like he didn't want to run the risk of loosing it, and so deliberately left it with you so as to avoid that possibility. Even so, that just means that the Winged Dragon of Ra, which he does have on him, is the one that he shall lose instead. Right, Nathan?" Seto looked at Nathan with the type of superior and smug look that only he was ever able too use more then just a few times in life...the sort of look that a cat might give to a trapped mouse just before swallowing it whole.

"Actually Seto, that's Jonathan that has the card." Kaiba knew that Seto was just messing with them, and he could understand why. If he had been cheated in such a way, he wouldn't be happy either.

"Sorry about that," said Nathan, "And didn't Johnathan say that he has Ra, I don't know where you are getting that idea that I have Ra in my deck." "Here's Ra," added Johnathan." Johnathan shows Ra. "So Seto gets Blue Eyes Kaiba," stated Johnathan.

"Yeah, I know that. I just wanted to mess with you guys a little bit." Seto reaches out to take the card, and the moment he places his hand on it, Kaiba places his hand there as well. Seto looks over at Kaiba, who simply looks at Johnathon and says "Next time, you are to have Slifer on you during the duel. That is the only way that you are going to have a chance at getting Obelisk, understand?" Kaiba removes his hand, the Blue-eyes in it as Kaiba holds Obelisk the Tormentor once more. Giving a small smile to Kaiba, Seto reaches into his deck and replaces the Blue-eyes with Obelisk instead and throws the Blue-eyes over Kaiba. "Here. I have a feeling you are going to need this more then I do soon enough." Kaiba catches the card to see that it's Seto's own Blue-eyes white dragon, the one he swore he would never hadn over to anyone, except for the one that he sees has true potential. Kaiba wasn't sure of what to make of this, but in the end, he decided to put it with the other Blue-eyes and says "Thanks." Before walking away and tossing out the golf ball sized sphere from which appears his Duel Runner. Mounting it once more he says "The time and place of the next duel will be decided by me when i deem fit to give such details. When that time comes, whichever of you challenges Seto must have his god card on him to ante. None of this leaving it with someone else so as to keep it for yourself, understand? He who does not abide by this rule shall bear the stain of dishonor for the remainder of their dueling days." Not even bothering to wait for a response, Kaiba goes tearing out of the stadium on his duel runner, having had enough excitement for one day and wanting nothing more then to crawl into his bed and fall asleep.

"I think Kaiba doesn't get it, said Nathan, "The former champion gets to make the time and place. Oh well, Johnathan may I borrow Ra until Seto and I end our next duel? I need both God Cards to beat Obelisk and to keep Seto guessing. He will be confused and I'll win. Also if he does win your Ra you will get a title shot to try and get it back." Johnathan thinks for a moment and gives Ra to Nathan. Yusei at the same time gives Slifer back to Nathan. "Thanks guys," said Nathan, "And like you said in the Facility Yusei, 'together we can win this!'" "That reminded me," added Johnathan, "Didn't you say it would be a tag duel Nathan?" "Don't worry I have the perfect canidate... your uncle Yugi Moto," stated Nathan.

"Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather not duel with him as my tag partner. I already have the perfect candidate in mind, but he is going to be rather busy quite soon, so I'll have to see about getting him here by tomorrow."

Meanwhile, Kaiba pulls up in front of the hotel and shrinks his duel runner into travel size again and pockets it before heading into the hotel. Man, today had just to much going on. Seto goes up to the top level suite where he sees Rachel pacing and muttering to herself about something. Nobody else was there, but Kaiba didn't really care at the moment. He said nothing more then "Hi Rachel." as he went to grab the nearest bed and stretch out on it before starting to fall asleep.

((Goddammit. I ask for info, I get ignored. Well as another update for you all: I hope you got the things you needed because now, we will be getting into some fights. Not duels fights. Compass, don't destroy the items yet we need them, but feel free to do so later))

 

Remy and Zonixs flew over the buildings observing what was happening. "Ehh nothing to serious," Zonixs said. Suddenly a flyer blowing in the wind hit him in the face."What the --- a dueling contest ehh? Remy how about we head on over there and win it. It says here that the Grand Prize is a sword called the Mako Breaker Ver.X. Hmmm, let's take a visit shall we?" With that, the boy and his dragon headed east.

 

Zonixs walked into the Kaiba building, where the contest was being held and asked Remy to wait outside. About half an hour later, Zonixs walked out with a new sword in hand. He held it up so it could shine in the light. "Day-uhm this oone heeere perrty sword," Zonixs said with a southern accent. "Heh heh. Let's go." They headed off to the hotel. He saw Kaiba and the others and smiled. "Ohohoho what's going on here?" He asked.

IC: Leo walked up next to Zonix. "That's what I was about to ask. Seems some sort of dueling tornament, hosted by Mr. Kaiba." He nodded towards him. "Anyway, it seems you all have the god-cards...all in one place, which will make my work much easier for me." He muttered the last words under his breath. "Anyway, I would very much like to participate." He sighed, knowing he would be ignored.

Gina ran into Zonixs and jumped slightly. "Oh, weren't you the one that rode the Ancient Gear all the way to here? I don't think we've met properly, I'm Gina." I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell them about the note, would it? After all, some help would be great... She eyed the sword. Especially as he has a weapon... "Listen, there's something I need to ask you. Do you have any idea where a park with a badly twisted willow tree is?"

Zonixs' face grew red. "Yeah, about that tournament, I kinda won it already heh heh. By the way Leo, there is something, I must tell you about the items. They aren't bad as you say they are. In fact, they are restraints & gateways. I will explain later. For now, just gather up the people with the items." Zonixs sighed. 'Damn, this may be difficult to explain this' he thought looking at the case and sword.

 

He looked up thinking about Gina's question. He then remembered where he saw the tree. "Yes I did, I'll be glad to take you there if you need to go."

[Naimo]

"The quicker the better," she said, her hand now in her pocket. She clutched onto the note, thinking about the words. She had to dig under the tree to find it, but she had no spade ... Dark Magician appeared beside her, and she suddenly had a brainwave. "Right, let's go ..." She waited for Zonix to lead the way; after all, he was the one who knew the way, not her.

"The challenger has arrived," announced Nathan, "Where is Seto, I got a bone to pick with him. It's showtime." At that time a unexpected person shows up. "Hey Johnathan how is my nephew doing," asked Yugi. "Doing fine thanks for asking," replied Johnathan. "Glad to see you showed up for our tag duel Yugi," stated Nathan, "This will be like the good old days." "Yea, but where is Seto and his tag partner," asked Yugi."

Seto was currently in his office, thinking about how he could best avoid dueling again so soon. I would really rather have a few months prep time.

 

Meanwhile, Kaiba got up and went to stand next to Gina and says "I could help, if you like." He still felt bad about what happened earlier, but he wanted to help, if possible.

Nathan calls Seto on his phone. "You better be ready because if you don't have a tag partner soon you forfet the title and you lose Obelisk," stated Nathan, "And I know you never back down from a challenge. I know you too well to know that about you."

[Mr.WHAM]

"Alright then, let's head off," Zonixs said grabbing Gina's hand. He walked outside with the girl and saw Remy waiting. The dragon roared. "Nice to meet you miss. Zonixs are we going somewhere?"

 

"Yes Remy, we are headed to that park we passed earlier. And this is Gina, she is the reason that we are going." With that Zonixs grabbed Gina and set her up on the dragon as they flew off to the park. Before they left they flew over to the window. "Kaiba, if you wanna meet up with us,we are headed to Auburnwood Park."

Gina got onto the dragon and yelped as it took off; she wasn't entirely ready for it yet. It suddenly struck her that this was the first time she was going somewhere on dragon back ... a grin spread on her face as she felt the wind hitting her. It was fantastic, as fantastic as flying alongside Dark Magician. She glanced downward, and it was only after some time did she see a funny-looking tree. "Zonix, it's there!" she bellowed while pointing, her voice almost completely lost to the winds.
