wero-vasto
Hope you enjoy it! Love it or Hate it! It doesn't matter, just don't be rude ;) SOME ERRORS? Just let me know and i change it, or if you have an idea for this card let me know too! 3 Stars Celebration3 Stars Celebration ******************************************************Angels of Light and DarknessLightLevel: 8Type: Fairy / EffectATK/? DEF/? This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT Fairy-Type monster and 1 Level 7 or higher DARK Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard from play. This card is also treated as a DARK Fiend-Type monster. The original ATK of this card is equal to the number of DARK Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 400. The original DEF of this card is equal to the number of LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 400. This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose DEF is lower than the DEF of this card OR remove from play 1 DARK Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose ATK is lower than the ATK of this card. If there are 4 or fewer LIGHT Fairy-Type or DARK Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard, you can return this face-up card to your deck to return all cards removed from play back into their owner's Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.

ragnarok1945
interesting to see no one has commented yet given the atk and def determining effect, it should be balanced out the same goes with the rest of the effect 8.8/
Saturn of Elemia
Okay, I like the concept behind this card. It would go well with the Sky Scourge monsters. The image? Love it. (Wish I could find it)You have a few OCG errors in your card. If I may:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT Fairy-Type monster and 1 Level 7 or higher DARK Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard from play. Great job, dude. I'll give this a 9/10. Keep up the good work. 8)

Lexadin
A really nic card, I love the pic.The effect is somewhat OP, becouse of its big ATK and DEF increase and the double Attack power.Original effect, I like how it combines Light and Darkness.A 8.9/

Mindscatter
9/10. The only problem with it is that both destructions have "once per turn", which means you can use both of them once per turn, which means you can kill 2 monsters per turn. Given the double attack, that's kinda strong.

Leturn Master
I dislike it. It has little merit... I mean, either you'll be playing a LIGHT Fairy-Type-oriented Deck or a DARK Fiend-Type Deck . Your only hope of doing anywhere near decent is following that single theme to the Grave(yard... get it?). Trying to split the Deck with low-level LIGHT Fairy-Types and high-level DARK Fiend-Types is going to fail epically ("Sky Scourge" monsters aren't used for the same reason, except they're better than this card because they don't have level requirements). So any Deck hoping to have a decent chance of summoning this card, will also have to hope and pray that their opponents draw hands of incompatible cards for all of the Duels in every Match they play... and that's NOT going to happen. So as awesome as it is, it's SO not useful. You lose 4 monsters from the Grave for a guy that'll, at most, target and destroy 1 monster that ISN'T actually a threat to him (the whole lower-stat thing)... plus if you're removing 3 LIGHT Fairy-Type mosnters from the Graveyard, then he's losing a prospective 1200 DEF... so he'll be at something like 1600... which is decent for a 4-star.... I'd change the OCG, but the card's balance and usefulness don't seem to make it worth it. Sorry for being harsh -- but this card is far from great. As a 3-star, I have no doubt you can do better than this.

Barian Warlord
I thought it was great but that last guy brought up good points that I hadn't thought up how much atk and def could this card really have?
wero-vasto
if you have a normal deck could be 3600 ATK and 3200 DEF or vice versa
Leturn Master
if you have a normal deck could be 3600 ATK and 3200 DEF or vice versa this is assuming you've basically drained your Deck.... And as for that whole returning effect... well, you'd only do that if you were low on monsters in your Graveyard. Which is either when his effect has been used a lot or when you've just Summoned him and you've got about 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster in the Grave. Now, it's be absolutely pointless to return all those cards, because your basically pulling a "Pot of Avarice", just without the drawing (you increase your chance of getting a monster without gaining a card advantage... I call that bad.). Add that to this thought: What are the chances of you getting him out, getting around 4 LIGHT Fairy-Type or 4 DARK Fiend-Type monsters in the Graveyard, using his effect once (maybe twice) and THEN pulling the recovery effect? Null. Maybe 1%... so good luck with this card... I recommend a complete reworking of the idea. If it were something like "Chaos Sorcerer's" summoning requirements, with 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK, you could pull off a card with low stats that destroys actually threatening monsters, or a high-stat monster that destroys weak and stat-deprived monsters... you could also take the time to crop the picture so it looks like your "Angels" aren't "Dwarves"
