OCG is bad and it's OP for an effect like that with an ATK that high even for a lvl 8. Lower the attack to just 2600 also special summoning 2 level 4s for the small price of 500 LP each is a lil OP as well so reduce the level requirement to 3 and the LP payment to just 800.

 

I can fix your OCG if you'd post your effect.

overused pic, there's OCG errors (use OCG thread)

 

the 2800 atk is ok for lv8, but the special summoning effect at the end is OPed, you need to give that one a drawback

Here's the effect This card can be summoned by tributing two Level 3 FIRE monsters. If this card is summoned in this way you can summon the cards you used to summon this card by paying 800 Life Points. But if this card is summoned this way it cannot attack this turn.

There we go. It's stats are alot better.

 

OCG Fix:

"This card can be Summoned by Tributing 2 Level 3 FIRE monsters. If this card is Summoned in this way you can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon the cards you used to Summon this card. But if this card is Summoned this way, this card cannot attack this turn."

 

It's better now. More balanced.
