So today's contest is gonna be simple. It has to have the following things:

 

D-Draw Engine

Emergency Teleport & Company

Dark Armed Dragon, Allures, Plague.

 

The Catch:

 

It CANNOT be a Tier 1 or 1.5 build. It has to be a Tier 2 or lower.

 

The Prizes - (not like you people care about prizes to begin with)

 

1st Place - 3 Reps + x Amount of Points (Depend on how much I like your build, 3 reps should be enough.)

2nd Place - 2 Reps + 20 Points

3rd Place - 1 Rep and a pat on the back.

 

So enjoy. Pretty basic contest.

How is that possible? Adding other cards lower the tier, yes, but it also makes the deck inconsistant.
