賢狼ホロ
I thought I post some cards I made that does not really belong in any set.

Second errata!]
You can Special Summon this card from your hand during either player's turn if you control no monsters. If you control another monster, this card returns to your hand. This card cannot be used as a Tribute.
You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control no monsters and your opponent controls at least 1 monster. If you control another monster or your opponent controls no monsters, this card returns to your hand. If your opponent controls a monster with more ATK than this card, this card can attack first during your opponents Battle Phase. This card cannot be used as a Tribute.
You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control no monsters and your opponent controls at least 1 monster. If you control another monster or your opponent controls no monsters, this card returns to your hand. This card cannot be used as a Tribute.

If this card destroys a monster by battle, put Spell Counters equal to the destroyed monster's level on this card. Tribute this card to damage your opponent equal to the level of all face-up monsters and Spell Counters on this card x100.

If this card destroys a monster by battle, remove from play that monster and damage your opponent equal to level of that monster x200.
First Errata!]
When this card is Summoned, place 5 Missile Counters on this card (max. 5). During your Battle Phase, you can move any number of Missile Counters on this card to face-up monsters your opponent controls. A monster (except this card) with a Missile Counter loses 300 DEF for each Missile Counter. If a monster with a Missile Counter has 0 DEF it is destroyed. During your End Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to return this card to your hand.
New!]
This Attack Position card cannot be destroyed by battle with a DARK monster. If this Attack Position card battles a DARK monster, that monster is destroyed after Damage Calculation. This card can attack all DARK monsters on your opponent's side of the field once each. Each time this card attacks, after Damage Calculation the ATK of this card is decreased by 500 until your next turn. If this card has 0 ATK during your End Phase, it is destroyed. kliffi
It bit boring, but i like the concept. Could make for some interesting combos. 8/
ragnarok1945
it's like a monster form of Ultimate Offering, without the LP pay short effect, but a practical one 7.7/

ragnarok1945
nice way to special summon it however it should have another effect while on the field, the return to your hand part is more on the drawback end 8.3/
賢狼ホロ
Thanks! What about letting it on the field even if the opponent controls no monsters? Or should I come up with something more creative?
wero-vasto
actually yes, an effect while it's on the field jeje but i like both cards... so 8.9/

賢狼ホロ
Useful. Creative. Pretty. All of which I like to see in a card. Thanks! In this thread I only post cards I am really satisfied with myself, so I am happy that you like them. Regarding adding an effect, what about "If your opponent controls a monster with more ATK than this card, this card can attack first during your opponents Battle Phase."? As that effect is pretty strong, I guess I keep the drawback of the card returning to the hand if your opponent controls no monster? Opinions? ChilderensCardGames
Not sure how the 1st 1 would be of any use but you never know. It's definitely not a level 4 monster. Twilight Mercneary I think is fine. Sure it's not particularly powerful but not all cards have to be to be considered good. It's kina like Cyber Dragon except your paying for that extra 100 points by it's negative effect so it's balanced. I like pics they both look similar so you could build a set with them. 8/
賢狼ホロ
Not level 4, is that supposed to mean <4 or >4? :3 I made Twilight Mercenary with the thought of a card that would go into any deck, like Cyber Dragon. Really, it is the same with all cards I will post here. As I will not go as far as make them support each other, as they are stand-alone cards, I do not think you could call it a set. Rather, Holo's Hale of Fame perhaps. :
賢狼ホロ
Update!I added a card I just made today, the Firestorm Mage. Works well against Zombies or other field-swarming decks I suppose. :3Any constructive critique is always welcome (on old cards as well)! Is the new Twilight Mercenary good? Overpowered? Tell me! : D ...and by the way!Not sure how the 1st 1 would be of any use but you never know. It's definitely not a level 4 monster.Well, you can Normal Summon Martyr of Light and then Tribute Summon during the same turn as it becomes a Special Summon. If you control a monster, you can Normal Summon Martyr of Light and then Tribute Summon a level 7+ card during the same turn. Quite powerful, I reckon. [P]hoeniX
nice cardsbut Martyr of Light should be:realese this card to SS one monster from Your hand, cuz Tribute/Advanced Summon is a normal one, and then u cant NS and tribute at the same turn, but ... u can tribute and after this do another normal summoned . Maybe Im complicating the whole thing.Twilight Mercenary is good but u atack one opponent turn?, is too much Anime i guess. The Firestorm Mage look cool, but maybe should be a Lvl 5,or maybe not. (5 lvl 4 on opp field, plus this one whit no counters, are 2400 of damage)maybe is UP but is good, cuz can do wonderfull combos whit a endymon deckciao

ragnarok1945
Firestorm Mage is balanced the effect is short for just a burn effect, but since it's lv4 it's suited for it 8.3/

Most people get what I mean, and I cannot find any better way of wording it, that is not very complicated. "You can activate 1 of these effects: * Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 level 5 or 6 card from your hand. * Tribute this card and 1 monster you control to Special Summon 1 level 7 or higher monster."Perhaps, but still not really simple and clean. I tried to Errata Twilight Mercenary again, watering down a little, but giving it a good effect to counter effects like Lightning Vortex. Tell me what you think! ; D
賢狼ホロ
New card! Yet another FIRE monster with burn effect! Perhaps too strong with 200 multiplier? Perhaps 100 is better? Is it Banned-Overpowered or is it Limited-Overpowered? Opinions?I still would want some critique on Twilight Mercenary. ATK increase?
wero-vasto
seems almost the same of firestorm mage but it needs to destroy a monter by battle... seems balanced enough so 8.7/
