Not much' date=' you should be able to see that. Here is a card I made, to help keep boredom at bay rate it and say the flaws.

When this card is activated, send one card from your hand to the Graveyard and destroy 3 Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls.

He says "FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU" because his effect does not work on costs ^^

 

But instead of 500, make it 1000 or something to balance it.

UP' or OP'. Name is pretty bad IMO. BTW I don't even know what morbid even means xD

Effect:

Once per turn, place Morbid Counters on this card equal to the number of DARK Monster Cards your opponent controls (max.3). You can remove 2 Morbid Counters from this card to return 1 Trap Card to your hand from your Graveyard. You cannot activate the Trap Card until your next Battle Phase. You must pay 800 Life Points to actiavte the returned Trap Card. Inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each DARK monster your opponent controls.
