Nathanael D. Striker
IMO, I really don't know. Also, Emperor Penguin is an actual card.
Cloister
Oh.. didn't know that, but you can make it like "Emperor Black Penguin" or maybe just another bird like eagle
Nathanael D. Striker
I have not seen many vanillas in this club so I made one to show you guys. Meet Emperor Hawk.
Yankee
So..I made a little mini thing..Tell me what ya'll think?

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersDecrease the ATK of this card by 200 for every card that is removed from play. You can remove 1 monster you control from play to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you use this effect. When this card is destroyed, you can remove 2 cards you control from play to reutrn this card to the Extra Deck. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 of your removed from play Level 2 or lower monsters. I hope I'm making a good comeback ^_\\\
Cloister
@Striker - Good card, balanced for a Level 4 Vanilla, pic is realistic but fits the name, Type and Attribute @Yankee - 1st cards should be "... return 1 of your removed from play cards to your Graveyard."It is balanced since it has low stats. 2nd card's last effect should be "add", not "put".Also balanced. 3rd card should be "..., Special Summon 1 of your ..."Good Tuner with good effect. 4th card should be "This card loses 200 ATK for each card that is removed from play. This card works really well with the other monsters which seems to be made only to help this card activate its effect. [b']I don't see that as right..Not all cards are rfp from the grave, so saying return doesn't quite make sense.. 2nd card's last effect should be "add", not "put".Also balanced. Done 3rd card should be "..., Special Summon 1 of your ..."Good Tuner with good effect. Just noticed the missing r, lol 4th card should be "This card loses 200 ATK for each card that is removed from play. This card works really well with the other monsters which seems to be made only to help this card activate its effect.I don't like using "loses" and stuff like that. I use new/old OCG, it's a mix, and, increase and/or Decrease is still correct
Cloister
@ Yankee - For first card I now see you are right, but I still feel "send" sounds wrong somehow o_O And for last card, yes, I know increase/decrease is correct, only loses and gains is newer, that's why I try to use it as much as possible
Nathanael D. Striker
Presenting Emperor Dragon...

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when "The Emperor" is in play. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Emperor" monster from your Graveyard. The monster Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed at the End Phase of your next turn.
Cloister
I don't really know, bu you should add (bold):This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when "The Emperor" is in play. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Emperor" monster from your Graveyard (except this card and "The Emperor". The monster Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed at the End Phase of your next turn. If "The Emperor" isn't that srong you could just skip it, and you can skip this card too, now when I think of it...Good card, strong support for your "Emperor" monsters!See no OCG errors, great card Striker! But you should add from where it is Special Summoned.
Nathanael D. Striker
Speaking of The Emperor here he is...

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 "Emperor" monsters. When this card attacks successfully your opponent draws 1 card and you gain 500 Life Points. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon "Emperor Dragon" from your Deck or Graveyard ignoring the Summoning Conditions. I just finished this now. Lexadin
But they own in the series, becouse they can only be destroyed by POL or Attackes.
Nathanael D. Striker
The Emperor is the strongest in the set. The strongest in a set should be OP'd. Well should it?
Cloister
Yes, but since you HAVE to Tribute 3 "Emperor" monsters I guess it's good...
Zelda Hero 1
Who was the member who said that he/she would look at my set? It might take a while because there are almost 50 cards in the set, do you all think that 50 may be too many cards for one set, although there are kind of two sets but they all have the same root name
Cloister
I think 50 can be too much, especially when you have made the whole set before you start looking at them, if you have known the set from its first card it's much easier, and it's Lexadin I think. That should look at your set.
Lexadin
Yeah, it was probebly me. But I didn't know then that there where 50 cards in it. That is just way to much.
Cloister
Yes, I know, don't you hate when you find athread that looks great and there are like 30 cards in it? But you want to rate something but you are too lazy too read all cards?
