It provides a boost for your monsters and a backup for if even your stronger water monster is destroyed, the Hero that attacked will be removed. I like it :3 Your 2nd new card is good although maybe 300 for each Hero per opponent standby is a bit much since that has a possibility of being 1500 per opponent standby phase. Even with such high summoning requirements that seems a tini bit OP. The rest seems fine. I like it's Hero Block effect. Making a possible max of 1000 during each of your opponent's turns. If that's still too much, I'll drop it to 500 max. But I might remake all of this about a year from now with it being a non-Hero trump.
