This kinda explains it.

 

Every Deck posted here is IRL, and I'm broke atm. You see where this is going.

2x Psychic Commander (any better Level 3 Tuners are recommended)

Spells: 13

3x Citadel

3x Spell Power Grasp

2x Terraforming

1x Mage Power

 

Traps: 8

2x Power Stone

2x Saku

1x Widespread

1x Compulsory

1x Call

1x Divine Wrath

 

Extra:

relpace commander with junk synchron, his summon power = acranite or black rose if you have ether, and since your likely to summon apprentice, if you find yourslef with that spprentice still on the field after the sync, it can replace itself with the summon effect becasue the negate doesn't effect the off field effect.

 

try and get more apprentices too.

 

if your broke, I'm not sure if you can, but try and get your hands on 3 copies of exemplar, defender, breaker, and replace skilled with crusader.

 

finally, replace red and mar with 2 chaos sorcerers if you can, and that will help. I like them, but sometimes you need something that doesn't run off your counters.

 

on the spell and trap front, you need some sort of draw power, I would suggest arcane barrier seeing that your on a budget, cheep and effective, and makes spell counters, and it is able to give you 4 cards for 1 caster, and with 3 exemplar, endymion, junk, and apprentice, you have easy access.

 

I would suggest getting rid of the 3 attack killers and replace them with wabaku or T.roar, a whole turn block is more effective, even if it doesn't kill them.

I have a third copy of breaker, and a second of exemplar, but crusader's going to be tricky...

1. I only have 1 copy of C-Soc at present.

2. I only have 2 LIGHTS, which is why I didn't run the one C-Soc in the first place. Once I get more Crusaders and the second Defender, I'll run em.
