Starly_64 Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 It's okay, but:-The Card Name needs capitalization, e.g. "Naruto's Rage"-The OCG (Official Card Grammar should be:"Activate this card when "Naruto" is selected as an attack target. "Naruto" gains 500 ATK." Overall, it's okay. Having a "Naruto" card could make it more clear if this card is overpowered or not, and the effect is a bit basic, but it's good. 5/10.
