fighteronspeed Posted December 24, 2009 Report Share Posted December 24, 2009 OCG is not perfect but they don't seem under powered. lvl 2 effect monsters with 1700 ATK is kinda not under powered. Think about "Junk Synchron" it is LVL 3 and 1200 ATK. it is not considered under powered. Granted the pictures are not the best but if you read the post it says that these are temporary. Level 2 monster with such effects...Just summon a bunch, + Solemn Wishes to cover the loss of LP when they gets owned.
