Roy looked annoyed with the man "Okoyo you have nothing I want. "Hear me out Roy, I own this garage now and if you want gas you're going to have to beat me in a duel but if you lose I get your Duel Runner" said Okoyo. Roy growled "And just why would I bet my own custom ride?" "Because this is the last garage in the city that Sector Security hasn't shut down and without my deal you'll get no gas" Okoyo said with an evil smile. Roy pulled out his Duel Disk "Let's get this over with" Okoyo said "I'll start off by playing Hand Destruction and set one card face down, your turn."

goes to a garage in... Satalite, not Satelite, signifying that this isn't Neo Domino City, where EVERYTHING ALWAYS HAPPENS. He goes to refuel his non-descript duel runner

to fight a man with tribal-looking tattoos

in order to fill 'er up with gas. Somehow, it's the ONLY place to get gas in the ENTIRE city because Satalite is a crapsack town that nobody likes, and ten they duel because Roy Mustang is an idiot.

 

FIRST off. Your SPELLING BE TRIPPIN' BALLS. TWO: you DESCRIBE NOTHING!! And also, you squeezed EVERYTHING into a block of text! 3. That's why I hate character forms. People are SOOO dependent on them that they think they solve everything about a person. I ignore them so whatever they tell me about their histories can be properly explained in the future. CORRECTLY. Well, anyways, back to the point, your story's still bad AS IS.
