Here are a few things that you can improve on the card:

-The image is a bit too pixellated. Try to upload an image with a bigger image size.

-Using Fake Types is okay, but not when both the Main and SubType are. IMO, you should change the Types from:

Demon= Fiend OR

Human= Warrior

But it does have to be 1 Main Type, not 2. I suggest Fiend-Type.

-The effect does not make much sense, and it has several OCG (Official Card Grammar) errors. But what I think you mean is:

"When a monster your opponent controls attacks this card, half the ATK and DEF of the attacking monster until the end of the Battle Phase."

-It IS accurate that you have such a high level to match its ATK and DEF, but the stats are a bit too high. Normally, a monster that powerful has Summoning Conditions and a drawback to make it balanced.
