This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 of your opponent's monsters with 3 or more A-Counters on them. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all "Alien" monsters on the field. During this turn, this card gains ATK equal to the total Level of the destroyed "Alien" monsters x200. Once per turn, you can place 2 A-Counters on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only.) This card cannot attack unless you remove from play 1 "Alien" monster from your Graveyard. During the End Phase, Special Summon 1 "Alien" monster from your Graveyard to your opponent's field. If you cannot, destroy this card.

 

 

 

 

This card cannot be Set. When this card is Normal Summoned, place 4 A-Counters on this card. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only.) Once per turn, you can place 2 A-Counters on this card. During your Standby Phase, you can distribute A-Counters among your opponent's face-up monsters equal to the amount of A-Counters on this card. Remove A-Counters from this card equal to the amount of A-Counters you distributed among your opponent's face-up monsters. This card cannot declare an attack if you distributed 4 or more A-Counters among your opponent's face-up monsters. Once per turn, by discarding 1 "Alien" monster, you can flip 1 of your opponent's face-down Defense Position monsters face-up. If you control a face-up "Alien Chaos Machine, Azaryll", you can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with 3 or more A-Counters and take control of the selected monster until the End Phase of the turn.

if it's tributing your opponent's monsters, then this card shouldn't be allowed to attack the turn it's summoned to balance it better

 

other than that though it looks just fine for effect and OCG

it's interesting that if it's an alien support how does it don't control your opponent's monster? well... seems good for me :P

other than what rag said, it will be better that you say that you need to control your opponent's monster :P

the effect is balanced, pic is great, the only flaw is that writing in the bottom right on the card

The best bet I'd start with is a vanilla, the effect cards you try that would be hell to do
