Tronta
i keep seeing decks where people run waboku over roar. and that troll leo just suggested a guy with 3 roars and 3 wabokus take out the roars. am i missing something? is waboku suddenly better again? i know gbs lost some power, but still... help me ycm! b0b3rt
Only reasoning I've actually heard is Honest/Kalut.
burnpsy
With GBs weaker, the only benefits one has over the other are ridiculously situational. Honest/Kalut is why many are now going for Waboku over T-Roar. One would go for Roar if they feel that GBs, among other things, give them trouble. ~ P O L A R I S ~
GBs are pretty much dead and Waboku's good for getting Flip Effects off and having your opponent waste Kaluts and Honests.

~ P O L A R I S ~
You can always side them out if you're up against one of those kids who can't let go of GBs. ^_____________^
Tronta
i know with less bests its bad, but that was the only thing hit wasnt it? its still semi-competitive in the old build....
~ P O L A R I S ~
Solemn and Cold Wave being Limited along with other Decks gaining material led to the downfall of GBs.
Tronta
oh yea, cold wave and solemn...but theyve still got the infinite chariot loop, gyzarus the gladiator psuedo-monarch, etc....
Coffee Black
i've always liked waboku over roar. they usually serve the same purpose though, but if i had 3 spots left in a deck, and i was down to these 2 cards, i'd put 2 waboku and 1 roar.
