His effect was a little confusing so I'll post a few suggestions for you to change it to. Choice 1: When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card in their Graveyard. Choice 2: When this card is successfully Special Summoned by an Effect Monster's effect, inflict 100 damage to the opponent's Life Points for each card in their Graveyard.[hr']Also in Cecil's effect there is a grammar error. The "one" needs to be changed to 1.Same with Dragoon of Baron, Kain.Except Kain has two one's that need fixed.Also Baron Castle's effect needs fixed. The field and Edge are examples of what the rest should look like. Effects: 6/10Bland. Simple.Playability: 7/10Though they're no LS/BW/ZombieLOL/idkwtf , They're basically cookie cutter monsters on CRACK/dummed down way too much.Baron Castle = makes Cecil WAY too powerful.Yang = pircer...not much else. Bland but not that weak either...doesn't suffer like spear dragon. Paladin Cecil = Mystic Swordsman LV4 without a summon requirementDK Cecil = Exiled Force on CRACKRosa = way too underpowered, unless played with infernity/dark worldRydia = *cough* wow. on her own she's nothing. Summoning mist dragon from apparantly anywhere with no cost...broken...Kain = Same as RosaEdge = Lol Lategame card. Slightly bland for being Edge but better than the rest.Mist Dragon = The Fake type is unnecessary. I do SUPPORT fake types, but only when done with proper logic, and being named "Mist Dragon" should be enough to call it a dragon...on top of this it's useless without Rydia but it's a raigeki to anything non-dark. The lowered ATK and DEF prevent too much broken bull >.> Overall: 6/10 Great Idea, just some more experience, and you'll level up your skills in no time.
