...fail. Okay, first off, Only use capitalization for the FIRST LETTER, NOT THE ENTIRE NAME! Secondly, Grimmjow should not be a vanilla...and not to mention that you need periods at the end of your sentences. and OCG is terrible as well. Since the effects are short, I'll correct it.
