Um...good stuff. Although it might be OP'ed, since an Evil / Elemental Hero deck could abuse it by running Fusion substitutes (Versago / King of the Swamp / Goddess w/ Third Eye) instead of the D-Heroes. 9/10.

a little OPed, but it has an evil hero as part of the fusion, and they're OPed anyway, so it should be fine

Effect is okayish.

the dump and effect monster to have a norm gain effect is ok. only good for tribute monsters with effects. slight ocg errors, corrected above.

overall, a decent effort.
