Seems pretty OPed. Shuffling your entire graveyard AND drawing that many cards? It needs more balance to it.

 

My suggestion: Make it so if you draw any cards but a monster, you must pay something

Well you should say only monsters from the graveyard and not the hole graveyard, but original idea even if the other members said low ratings I say 8.7/10
