Each time this card battles another monster you can place 1 Heavy Armor counter on 1 monster you control(max. 5) Everytime a monster with Heavy Armour counter(s) on it would be destroyed you can remove 1 counter, the monster is not destroyed(battle damage is not aplied)

"Heavy Dragon Kyoufu Kingu" + "Heavy Samurai Kohaku"

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization"). If you control 2 or more monsters with Heavy Armour counters on them you can remove all Heavy Armour counters on your side of the field, your opponent's Lifepoints are decreased by 300 for each removed Heavy Armour counter.[/align]

now to the cards: The effects are rather simple and basic, but still good. OCG is off, but understandable. i like these cards, so 9/10

Heavy Dragon needs another effect to it

Hmm intresting Heavy Samurai and Heavy Dragon would be good stratagy like heavy samurai battles with a monster then heavy dragon gets the counter then remove it boosting it's atk I like it.However,one problem after fusion shogun dragon would need another way to get counters like an extra heavy samurai still amazing. 9/10

 

Hmm can't wait for what genius card you have next I like those cards.

Well, as for No-Se, I No-See any OCG errors, pic is great, but these cards are incredibly dodgy. First, their effect are based around "Heavy Armor Counters" which only 1 of whom can apply, and that happens to be a Level 5 monster. So you need more support with using these Heavy Armor Counters, otherwise their effects are useless. They are similar to Cloudians, which rely on each other, but most of the time have no support for themselves. See what I mean by this? For these reasons I will give the overall set so far a 6.8/10.
