I think its sort of UP being as though you have to send 10 cards to summon as well as more cards from your hand afterwards. The pic is ok, but not the best. Effect is creative though but there are a few minor grammar errors though.

I think thats all of them, the bolded parts. And the OCG is good. I think cards could be card's as well.

I'll correct your grammar for you Zeaux, the effect is good. I've been getting bad at OCG now D: OCG has changed a bit. Eh....something seems to bother me with the card - 8.8/10
