~Wright~
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Summoned, except by Tributing 3 monsters. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. Pro:: Seems balanced. Neutral: Shouldn't it be treated as WATER? Con: Name could use workCon: Effect is relatively simple.Con: OCG needs some work. Treat it as water and make the OCG corrections, and then it will be 7.5/10Note: To find better pictures, go to the showcase section on this site, there are plenty of good images there. Deustodo
"This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 3 monsters you control. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to this card's ATK."Every that Magickid777 said as well.
