Brushfire
Really annoyed with something right now, involving emotions, mindsets and manipulation... internet stuff though rofl. Anyone intelligent (key word -.-) think they can help me as Icyblue/Josh is celebrating his birthday?
Mindscatter
Hmm...I always do this when I'm frustrated. It makes me feel depressed, but not frustrated anymore. 1. Drink a lot of water2. Sit comfortably and close your eyes3. Think about how small are you in comparison with the rest of the universe. Exponentiate as you go: house, city, country, continent, Solar System, parcel, Galaxy...4. Repeat "I am nothing" with a loud voice 5 or 6 times or until you're convinced that's the truth5. Drink more water Works every time...

Mindscatter
Believe me, it really helps. Raises your epinephrine levels, then drops them down to zero. In the end, you will be too tired to feel frustrated and annoyed.
-Berserker-
Generally, I smash my forehead against a wall, but I will not recommend you that until I know more details about what bothers you.
deathghost101
play videogames.Mainly violent ones, so when you play the game you can visualize the people, or monsters you kill to be the people, or thoughts that annoy you. After a while your fustrations will go away. If you don't have violent games, try racing, or sports games. Do the same thing but imagine that you are beating your fustrations. Helps me pretty good. Mindscatter
Do the easiest thing there is: say (to yourself) it's your fault and that you'll move on, and repeat that until you believe it. That's not cowardy, that's just life.
deathghost101
If what annoys you does involve emotions, mindsets and manipulation, the only thing I could think of is to do alittle manipulation of your own.Only if its some dude you actually know, if not sew the person responsible.
