All Fish-Type monsters including "Millions Jelly" gain 100 ATK and DEF points

Not bad, not bad. thats the only card I find to have problems (No wonder, its the only effect monster). Pics are, okay. They seem balanced. I say, 7-8/10. maybe

This is a set? perhaps make more cards that work to make it stronger. Some spells, traps, more effect monsters?

I agree. Also, you have done this many times, but don't mention the card's name in the effect, unless you're talking about different ones. Refer to it as "this card" instead.
